I think I should start a refund and/ Paypal/ Credit Card refund process because -- MY order has been acknowledged in a email from geekbuying with a confirmation number. It has been 10 days and no shipment. AND my account shows I have NO ORDERS. I sent email 3 days ago and I have no answer and still no order listing on my account. With no order listing on my account I think nothing is going to happen Should I start the refund process?

I would maybe start the ball rolling with Paypal. This is the thing, if no issues then they great, any issues and they are more than useless.
