Order #4000296, shipping #lw215183915cn has been in pre-shipment since apr30. in other words, they have both my money and my order! should i reorder from another company and begin legal action against geekbuying???

#3944461 order status: paid i have been waiting two weeks and no shipping. current ad saya 1-2 days to ship. lousy, lying site, i email every day and they say "will ship as soon as receive" but ads say in warehouse 1-2 says will ship. now is cheaper than when i ordered. i don't care, i just want my order to ship. liars! ship my order!

Order #3848734 waiting for the shipment with dhl and tracking no. how many days it will take for shiping?

The "processing" could take a whole week. Shipment speed depends on DHL. Something in the range they are promising (3-5 days)

I think i should start a refund and/ paypal/ credit card refund process because -- my order has been acknowledged in a email from geekbuying with a confirmation number. it has been 10 days and no shipment. and my account shows i have no orders. i sent email 3 days ago and i have no answer and still no order listing on my account. with no order listing on my account i think nothing is going to happen should i start the refund process?

I would maybe start the ball rolling with Paypal. This is the thing, if no issues then they great, any issues and they are more than useless.

The quality is very poor. They ship from China and do not care about the product. And don't try to get a full refund either because they are scammmers.
