Geni is owned by MyHeritage so our data is shared internally within the company, but private information is kept private through MyHeritage as well, and not sold or given to any other organizations. The only exception to this would be cases where you authorize an external application, such as a tree charting companion, to view your private tree. This would be a specific consent form that you would have to authorize.
