on 1/23/17I'm not going to take the chance.
One bad review is enough to stop me.
They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
At no point do they say everything they do is free! It says your use of "the service" is free, and "the service" is defined at the top as the website and mobile app. They don't charge you to download or use the app, or to go to there website. They do charge to "fix a problem". But because you didn't bother reading that part, and didn't notice the quotes around "the service" marking it as something previously defined in the contract, you assumed it meant fix a problem. So when you read the terms of service for walmart.com, or Amazon.com, and it says the same thing, that use of the website is free, I guess you must be confused about them charging you when you buy stuff.
I screen shot the proof that they said free but donation is nice
