Hey Laura,

Great question! When you add an item to your cart it will reserve it for you for 10 minutes, after the ten minutes expired the item will become available for anyone to add to their cart.

The item will remain in your cart after the 10 minute time frame expires until the item becomes sold out. This ensures that everyone has a fair chance of securing the items they desire at our amazing Insider prices!
