I really love Glamlora dresses. They're high quality and usually fit me perfectly. The return process is simple and convenient. The customer service is generally good, but sometimes it feels like they don't fully read my initial message and just send a generic automated response. Because of this, I often have to repeat myself to get the help I need.

I've placed a few orders already and couldn't be happier with my purchases. The designs are stunning, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. The quality has truly surpassed my expectations. They have a great attention to detail and provide excellent customer service. I'll definitely be ordering again. Just be sure to order in advance if you're requesting something that's not in stock, as they handle all the work themselves and need time to create it. However, in-stock items are delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Really need 0 stars. 0/10 do not recommend. Dress was nothing like the dress and very ugly. All I want to do is return the dress and they are giving the run around. Please reconsider from buying from this site. The customer service is not a big help either

I've been using Glamlora twice, they've been my go to for wedding guest dresses. I'm getting married soon and I looked for dresses on other, more expensive sites. After horrible experiences with quality, white clothes with no lining, etc I decided to try glamlora. For the price, they're the best quality I've been able to find! All white clothing items have been lined and not see through. They're also made to fit adult women bodies which is wonderful and not the norm from many other popular clothing brands.

The color is exactly like the picture and the material feels luxurious to the touch. This has definitely been one of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had!

The skirt is very beautifully made, but the waiting time is a bit long. I asked the customer service and they said that each skirt is handmade, so it is understandable that the waiting time is a bit longer. However, I still think it would be better if the delivery speed could be faster!

No other company has helped me this much and very quickly too so I appreciate the customer service that they have towards their customers, I will definitely continue purchasing dresses from this shop. Wonderful quality and designs got me hooked to this site.

I ordered two dresses from Glamlora and couldn't be happier with the quality of the gowns. Online shopping can be intimidating but I'm so glad I took the chance and got two really beautiful dresses without spending too much. I had to make some adjustments to them but even my seamstress asked me where I got them from and said they were really good quality.
