First time buyer from Globalgolf.com. Always a little skeptical about buying used golf equipment sight unseen, but my expectations were far exceeded when my Mizuno driver arrived. Excellent condition. Will say FedEx seemed to take much longer than expected to deliver but that is not Globalgolf's fault. I would not hesitate to buy from Globalgolf in the future as I believe they provide excellent value!
Traded in a TM Sim FW and a set of 7 TM M6s. Got a credit for the FW but not the iron set. 6 phone calls to customer service yielded nothing. Talk to Jan, Logan and chuck twice. All were friendly and said they would speak with the supervisor. Zero follow up. And when I checked for M6s on their website low and behold there were my irons don't deal with crooks

I ordered a product that was shipped within a couple days. The next day it was damaged in transition and shipping stopped in a different city. Global Golf had no idea. Fed Ex reported the damage to them but they did not notify customer service and when I called to check on delays in shipping, it was assigned to a nice guy, but ineffective. They had no idea it was stopped in transit because it was damaged. It took 10 days for me to track it down and inform Global Golf people. Very disappointing. No confidence in customer service. No option for a replacement. They did issue a full refund but I would have rather had the club.

A young man, Ryan McCauley, was very responsive, but several promises for an update at the end of the day were not followed up. Also, Ryan could have solved the problem in a day instead of 2 weeks if he had simply checked with their carrier (Fed Ex) and discovered the product was damaged in transit. This is a weakness in the system. It was left to me to find the product location and determine where in the delivery cycle it was damaged and not forwarded. Would not purchase again.

I didn't received my clubs yet and i know they sucks. I asked for a cancelation of my order the same day i made it and they were all confused (or they did on purpose) just to make sure they ship my order and expect a return to make more money by offering gift cards for less than i paid for the clubs. AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered brand new iron set, Well they ship out product you order but didn't care about properly shipping packages at all,
They sent it with only rubber band in the lose box! So there are significantly damage in the plastic wrap of the club face.
I sent it back immediately and ask for refund
Guess what! They refuse to refund it to my original card but offer gift card instead. As there said they were mark on the face look like I did try the club with the plastic wrap still on! I did not use it at all and shipped it back with in 2 hour when I order it. So ended up with 1.5k gift card
How in the hell I will trust them to ship my new club again

Ordered a cobra hybrid one length. Condition was advertised as "very good" not in my opinion, paint chipped off or top of club face and matte finish on top seems to have stains. Won't come off and looks terrible looking down on the club at address. Not impressed, should have just bought new from reputable store.
I bought a driver for my son for Christmas. Because of an injury, he was not able to use it until July. After 3 rounds of golf, the head snapped off. All I got was the following:
"Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, this order has past the return date. We apologize for this inconvenience."
Return of sports equipment should not be based on time rather usage. They obviously don't stand behind the products they sell.
Bought a driver from them and the experience was great. That prompted me to make another order of accessories. That turned into a two-month ordeal of incompetence, delays, lack of clarity and empty promises. The order was always 'on it's way', despite the site saying that it had been delivered and was now past the date for returns. The order was then cancelled and, when I chased the refund, it then turned up two weeks later.
There was no offer of any compensation or restitution. Just a shrug of the shoulders and laying blame at the feet of the delivery company.
Lastly, I asked to close my account and stop emailing me - and they haven't!

Spent a lot on a premium pre owned wedge labeled as "Very Good" condition. Regret my purchase and could have bought much better on EBay for less vs Global Golf's website. While I won't be returning the item, in no way is the condition "very good" by any stretch, it is beat to heck and average condition would be a stretch. I have purchased numerous pre owned clubs through the years and was not expecting a lightly used club but it's much worse than I've received from like businesses who label an item "very good." Will not buy from again. Disappointed

A totally dishonest and misleading company with terrible customer service. They have monthly discounts that only apply to an old pair of golf socks as far as I can see because anything else is excluded. More asterisks and fine print in their underhanded business practices. Save yourself the grief and deal with Golf Avenue. Better trade in quotes and offers!

For a 99$ item I got 37$ refund. On top of that they charged 7.99$ for shipping. Basically, they took all the discounts from the entire order (including non returned items) and subtracted that from the items price. They never sent me a refund confirmation with exact detail on how the refund is calculated. Until I sent an email this was all mystery - they told me to contact back in a week to get more details. What a $#*!ty customer service and shady business practice. I advised most of my network to avoid this website. Not returning here to purchase again!
While surprised at the many negative reviews mostly about customer service I did not experience that at all. Quite the opposite. I bought a used Taylor Made Sim rescue hybrid. It did take about a week to arrive but it is brand new. It looks like a demo never used on a course. Except for very tiny marks cosmetically only it's new. Also got 10% off. No complaints
Order was pretty slow arriving considering they're only 4 hours away but that's not the problem. I received a regular flex shaft when I ordered a stiff. Called in for a replacement and there's not a stiff available. The CSR didn't offer ANYTHING to make it right, just told me to return it and then they'd issue a refund. $5 per gallon gas and these guys want me to drive the club to a FedEx drop off (20 mins away) when the mistake was theirs. My mistake was trusting globalgolf.com but that will not happen again.

I was hesitant after reading the reviews on this site, but my experience was great. Ordered Wednesday delivered was Saturday. The clubs were pack well and in mint condition. I bought used 3 woods for my wife and I they look new!
For one their database needs fixing so they don't send orders to addresses not even remotely close to the one entered. Secondly, TERRIBLE customer service, it was one of those things that while you're talking to the rep you know the problem is just going to be jacked up more. No apologies for screwing up the order either. Never order from this company, this is the first time I've written a review showing how dissatisfied.
I ordered something and when I didn't hear anything about the delivery I chased them about the delivery. They emailed to say they were following it up. 3 days later I get an email saying they've refunded my money but with no explanation. Worst customer service EVER!
I have been buying and trading with Global golf for awhile now and I've experienced only excellent service with all purchases and trade for golf clubs. Bought drivers putter irons and hybrids I must say they always honor fair trade value most of the time. I cancelled a trade once only and had a driver shipped back to me promptly. Also a set of graphite irons I had trouble using for steel with little difference in price purchases to trade value. Would recommend.

I bought a driver from them for over 500 dollars. Played about 9 rounds with it and the face cracked. Sent it back to them and they said they would send me a replacement to the same specifications i had. I told them great since it was under warranty.
Waited never came to me after two weeks. The just refunded me my money for the driver and i still have to go get another driver. Won't buy anything through them again.

They make it impossible to return an item that should be covered under warranty. I have a golf bag that would not stand on its own and when I try to return they make it impossible. After a few weeks of back and forth, they finally sent me a FedEx label so I can return to them to see if covered under warranty but FedEx wants me to pay for the box to return of $25.00 dollars. Stay away unless you want to jump through hoops.
I bought a used Sim2 driver at an amazing price, significantly less than all other vendors I saw online. The club came 5 days later, on the date it was advertised and the club was practically new! I'd definitely buy from them again.
