I ordered from Go-Parts due to their availability of the parts I needed and of course the price. I was very impressed with how fast the parts arrived...just two days for the turn signals! The front facia was a good price and seems like a quality replacement part, so now I need to do is paint it to match and install. Thank you for your speedy shipping!
Bad Even tho the box had the correct description for the mirrors on the tag, the wrong mirrors were inside. We didn't have power mirrors and the was no blind side indicaters and the connection cord didn't work. I'll be in contact for replacement or refund.

Positive experience but I was never contacted when my part was shipped nor when I could expect delivery. It did arrive in a timely manner but it would have been nice to have this communicated as their website said they would.
I haven't tried to install the part yet, but hopefully it will fit.

Just ran across on a search for the part I needed. Better price than even Amazon.
Purchase the left side to replace cracked lens, and now had to purchase the right side because the right lens was dull in comparison to the new left side. The left side was ordered and arrived fast and in excellent condition..
My first order was a great experience and Go-Parts seems to have best price I have found and quality parts. I just placed my second order and Go-Parts will be my first place to look for parts when I need them.
It fit, the tape was quite strong, however, the holes that are supposed to line up with the hood, did not. So I had to screw through the plastic and create my own holes for the guard to mount to the hood. Other than that it's fine.
Ive only finished the "ordering' part - when this survey popped up. Excellent flow-through on **ordering** -- so a five star is given. But still, shipping, delivery, and condition of what will be received has yet to happen. Excellent ordering process.

It was good. But it would have been better if 1) I could have entered my car's VIN, 2) I received notification that my part had shipped. Other than that, the part was of high quality and arrived quickly.
They identified the original part # of the discontinued part for which I purchased a replacement.

2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee driver's side mirror arrived in excellent shape with the correct options ( heated glass, blind spot indicator, puddle light, blinker and motorized fold). It was the exact replacement that had been hit.
I feel that it is crazy how expensive these are are soo expensive, but they are half the cost of the Nissan dealer! I removed a lot of the the front grill and front fender trim to access the headlight. I guess the days of simply replace the bulb are gone. And when Nissan charges $2000 to do it its hard to imagine that a car can be 'totaled' due to a headlight out.
I was sent the wrong part. Customer service replied promptly to my email, informing me they would ship the correct part. Then they realized that the only part in stock was damaged, so they gave me a shipping label to return the incorrect item for free so that I could receive a full refund. While I can't leave a review on whether the part itself works, I could tell it was a quality OEM part.
I would buy from Go-Parts again. They care about their customers and provide excellent service.

The backup camera went out on my car and you guys had the replacement. The dealer quoted 500 and the camera was 130 from you guys. Installation was easy, though instructions should be included for people that aren't mechanically inclined. 9/10 experience!

I placed the order and all too often it takes a while to arrive. I ordered new springs for my old 49 Ford F3 and they arrived with no issues within a few days.
I shopped online for my parts as for a 49 Ford F3 they are not usually available on the shelf at Auto Zone. Go Parts had the quickest service and the fairest pricing.
My part was delivered within the expected delivery date and great customer service, they responded to me the day of me contacting them about an issue I had.

First off, I've been looking for this part for a while it was always too expensive on other sites,go-parts was about 30 to 50 Dollars less, the only complaint is I never got a tracking number and when it showed up, the box was totally mangled up, the part was fine and fits well
The part was way less money
My springs were delivered quickly and as ordered. Just waiting for my mechanic to get them installed before i can confirm correct fit and correct lift. Looking forward to having my CRV stop sagging in the back end!

I was surprised at how long it took to get the part. And I also can't believe how expensive that part is for just an aftermarket cheap piece of molded plastic

Very fast, considering the hurricane delay but it would've been nice to have instructions on installing the cover correctly onto the mirror, but I googled it
Notification was supposed to be sent out when merch was being shipped. It did not happen. However the USPS tracking came without any description. It turned out it was the merch way ahead expectation.

Was a great experience and just the right part. Part was easy to find on website and ordering was simple. Great delivery time and I will definitely be using them again.
I was unable to track my item. When going to the track link, it said it was never sent. I did get an update through email from UPS the day before and the day of, but I thought it was fake because the tracking link never said shipped.
Cheaper price than my other option and reasonable shipping time.
I ordered a replacement blinker cover that was $33, $45 after shipping and taxes. Waited 3 days stuck in the "processing payment" window. I randomly decided to check the status again, and was issued a refund… so basically i waited AND PAID for a part the site didn't bother to state if in stock or not. Now i wasted 3 days and i have to wait 7 business days to (hopefully) get my money back!
USPS delayed my order a couple of weeks, don't know where it went, but I finally got my part. Customer service was helpful by giving me the tracking number.
