How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at GoKeyless?

Very Easy! I've had nothing, but the best experience with customer support! All my questions, including technical questions were answered very people and completely. Please contact GoKeyless for yourself, before you make a purchase to see how great they are!

In my opinion-- it's been easy. There's a chat function. I had a lock for our front door in my (online) shopping cart, and had some questions-- I used the chat questions and got the answers I needed right away, including help in figuring out how I could get this new lock keyed the same as two locks I had bought a few months ago.

They are horrible to get a hold of. Once they sell you crappy merchandise they never call you back!

It is easy to speak to a sales rep but technical support does not answer or return calls

Bery difficult. I found the only way to get a hold of them is continue to call until you get lucky and someone picks up the phone. The same happens with email. You'll send an email get an auto reply and no one seems to get back to you in less you continue to send it over and over again. We had an absolutely awful experience with them I would never purchased from them again are we like our new locks and levers will go someplace else.
