I have been 2 times to the shop in *******. They always have a 45-minute wait if you don't have the app. Okay, I sit down and they tell me I'm next. Three more people came in and they were on the list. Guess what they went ahead of me. I WILL NEVER go back to that shop. After you find a decent hair cutter at this site stay with them or hope the one you get otherwise has experience and can do a good job. I have found out the hard way that you can definitely get a less than good haircut. You should ask for a mirror to actually see the entire cut before y

I asked for a shoulder length bob. I even had pictures of the exact cut that I wanted. The lady kept hacking away until it was a chin length, uneven mess. Way shorter than I wanted, and parts that weren't cut properly. I am extremely dissapointed. I guess you get what you pay for :( I'll shell out the salon prices next time...

Great clips at Corolina Beach Road and Independence in Wilmington NC. James who cut my hair twice before really butchered my hair. I don't know why, I just wanted it shorter than before. He shaved the sides but left the top way too long. I had to have him recut the top several times. Very uneven. My 12 year old dog barked at me when I got home. My friend got a freaking garbage haircut from Great Clips in Moberly, MO. He showed up to work with a haircut so uneven that I couldn't even look at him.

I just visited one of thegrwat clip location. I'll not go next time si ce I am total felt like fraud with me by price. The advertising like discount but when I went there. No discount received. I ask the customer suppo6they don't agree with me.

I've had multiple bad experiences, but this one just was the last straw. The "barber" cut most of.my hair well, then took a chunk out of it. So now I'm stuck with uneven hair and have to wear a hat around to avoid humiliation.

Pathetic and untrained hairstyles if they cannot be patient they they should say it. There one hairstylists Emma tried her so many times every time I just give her chance but every time she disappoints. My hair grew out considerably when I was recovering from heart surgery. I went to great clips for a trim. Before I could open my mouth about what I wanted, the lady was already cutting chunks of my hair and it was too late. I literally received a man's cut, electric trimmer and all. My hair is less than 1/2 an inch all over! I'm furious and embarrassed about how I look. I will never go there again.

I moved to a new state and took a local recommendation for Great Clips as a good place for a haircut! What a mess I got!
The manager was bragging that they ran 775 customers thru the shop in the previous week, and my results showed it.
I am 91 years old and the lady barber showed a blank face when I described what I wanted for a hair cut. She proceeded to cut the back of my hair so close, that my neck is bare halfway up the back of my head. She appeared to be applying some sort of hurried standard cut that the franchise dictated, and she really ruined my hair.
I did not realize the extent of the bad cut until I got home and could view the back of my head in a brighter light.
Never again! Don't trust these people!

If you get the right stylist you can get a decent haircut but 90% will just hack your hair up. It's a cut not a style. The customer service is poor. The big girl that works there is rude as can be. They don't realize customers pay their bills. They get lucky people in Moscow don't have many choices. I would suggest driving to the Pullman store for more professional stylists

Can no one at the Lookout Valley TN location give a SIMPLE men's trim? How did these stylist pass their courses?! My son's hair is always crooked or has a gap. I'm sick of this place. But there isn't anywhere else close by. The location is clean and has convenient hours.

Waited over 1 hour at Fair Lawn location, only for this person to tell me I had to wait longer while she took someone who came in after me. The entire time I was there this person kept sniffling with no blowing her nose or wearing a mask. Not going back and won't recommend to anyone else.

Steer clear of any/all Great Clips unless you enjoy horrid cuts. My hair was 6 inches past my shoulders. I asked for ends only be trimmed. I walked out with hair to my ears and so butchered. I've made many attempts to reach corporate but with no success. I'm convinced this place only hires beauty school rejects!

I've given them plenty of opportunities due to their convenience of being down the road. Each time they cut my hair WAY too short. I asked for an inch off with scissors all around and instead got clippers on the side and back of my head making it extremely short. Never going back

Walked in to Great Clips in Menlo Park, Sharon Heights to get a blowout. Joseph did exactly what I wanted! He asked me if he could use some products on my hair-and I said yes! Will return again! Thank you Joseph fir making my hair look perfectly beautiful!

Took my teenage son to get a trim and she cuts off 3 inches after he been growing it out to the style he wanted! He explained to her what he wanted! All she said was it will grow back it's no big deal. Very upset with this place I thought we try once again after they messed up his hair 3 years ago and haven't been back till now to see they could reclaim our business! I was told it would be only 30 minutes till my hair cut, but she kept letting other people go ahead of me, then did a terrible job. All she did was trim my bangs and the ends of my hair. I have been a steady customer for nine years and, recently, I have noticed a lack of friendly welcoming when arriving at the salon. The greeting of "Welcome to Great Clips" is missing from the staff. I mentioned this to my stylist and a nearby stylist poked her nose into our conversation and said to grab a seat and do your own welcoming. Snotty young girl who needs to mind her own affairs and concentrate on her own customer. For the first time in a number of years I did not tip the stylist and I will be scouting the area for a new salon.

At 2114 Old Spartanburg Road, Greer, SC, Mary and Melissa were outstanding Salon professionals; and made our visit very pleasant. Our haircuts were exactly what we wanted. We checked in online. Absolutely no wait time for me; and a very short wait time for son. It was closing time. We have been there, when the room was packed; so have learned to utilize the wonderful online check-in. Thank you, girls, for a pleasant salon experience.

Upon patronizing the great clips in Fridley MN, I was serviced by Heather. She was very receptive to my mood. She was pleasant but not overbearing with conversation. I have had experiences with great clips employees in the past that did a very good job, but was in my opinion, to intrusive with their conversation. I called the Friendly location for an appointment and asked for heather. I was informed that she was based in Dinky town, as this was near my job I began to book appointments there. I am very satisficed with the service received by Heather and will continue to have my hair needs serviced by her.
