on 8/5/15I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.
I have had a very satisfactory result of free recollection of faulty goods and full reimbursement of purchase price in 7 days. The bad news is that it took ages to find a "person" to communicate with in Groupon. What works is to use the following: Groupon Customer Service

I have never had a problem with Groupon! I have one coupon that as passed it's date, but I can use it for the amount I put in. So the $10.00 that I paid will come back to me with whatever I purchase. I HATE TO Say it again, but trey again.

I'm not exactly sure who your merchant was, but on two separate incidents, Groupon customer service has provided me with excellent support. Call them. The gentleman I spoke with actually stepped in and forced the merchant to refund my money ( a cell phone provider). Can you explain exactly what the service was? Keep in mind, Groupon is a kind of drop ship company, not the actual merchant provider. They are the middle man. Did you file a report against the merchant with the BBB. You can also file a criminal report with your Attorney General's Office on line. Wish I could help you more. If I knew more about the situation, I might be able to give you more support. I'm really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience.
I sense your frustration reading your question. Thus, I'll assume it's rhetorical at it's core. That being the case, and you must know the answer... Simply, any company/organization with so many negative comments on this site... and others, is not entitled to your business regardless of how many people say otherwise. The negative vastly outweighs the positive, in this case.

I am sorry this has happened. It can be very frustrating. I have never had a problem with Groupon but if I did I would call them direct as they use many companies to fill their orders. They always send a confirmation to my email when I order. Search all your mail for your confirmation then call them also check with your source of payment to them. I hope this answer is helpful.
I have never tried writing a question to groupon. It foes seem to be a lost cause. However I did take the time to call them and they are very good on phone. I couldn't find a voucher to print. They helped me find and even sent to my email do I could just click on it. I was not on hold very long. I would try calling them. They were excellent there. Good luck and hope you get it back
