My little miss always looks so cute in this clothing line. It's not that expensive. We've purchased items in size newborn to 3T thus far. I'm not usually into some of the themed clothing Gymboree offers, but every once in a while I find something oh so cute.

Ordered two items on 12/13/16 because their site was still advertising guaranteed delivery before Christmas. So I figured they would ship my items right away... nope. Just received an email yesterday that my items shipped... 7 days after I ordered. Tracking information shows delivery date of 12/27. Thanks Gymboree! Might want to either re-evaluate your shipping department or don't offer guaranteed deliveries before Christmas if you can't keep your promise. Never shopping here again.

I made an order but didn't get any confirmation email. Also there are some mystery problems with my gymboree.com account - I can neither enter it nor restore password. Customer service is dead (I've been on the line ~50 minutes with no result, noone answers my emails). Will wait another week for my order delivery and then will cancel transaction via bank.

Very disappointed

I placed an order 10 days ago. The money has pulled from my bank account but no sign of my order. It hasn't shipped or even been packaged to ship. You can't get in contact with this company by phone or email. I have tried everything to just find out where my package is. I'm frustrated and angry as I was a very loyal customer.

Same experience as others from Canada. Hope I had read these reviews earlier. The currency doesn't show as USD until you have paid. The custom duties are not mentioned anywhere. Moreover they ship via DHL until Canadian border and then move over to Canada Post which also charged extra $10 for the same!

Absolute crap. Never buying anything from Gymboree!

Gymboree should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible customer service. No option to speak to a manager. You're not able to cancel an order an hour after it's made because apparently it's gone to the warehouse. I feel so ripped off. I'm going to report them to Paypal for any good it will do. Stay away from this company.

I have NEVER had a hassle-free shopping experience with Gymboree online, whether there's a huge sale going on or not. The site NEVER works properly while checking out. Just placed about ten items twice in the shopping cart and when I tried checking out, there was nothing in the cart. I always end up spending too much of my precious time just trying to order some clothes. It's so annoying having to deal with this every single time! You also cannot use merchandise credits on their site, how archaic!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you have tons of time to spare and patience!

Same with me! I ordered online, approx. $50. They charged $11 shipping. When I questioned Gymboree where my package was, they said it's being sent via UPS, but the tracking # didn't work. Then I got a FedEx slip on my door, saying duty was almost $40?! What's up with that?!

I had a terrible time with an e-card with them last year and stupidly tried again. To send someone an E-CARD, it takes three business days... but even then, you can't track it, there is no way to see if it is delivered. The telephone customer service is so bad. I have been on hold for an hour just to check if an EMAIL was sent by them. I will never, ever use them again. They were terrible with shipping items I had ordered so I thought I would do this, but forget it. I need to just call my credit card and cancel the transaction. Ruined my Christmas present for sure. Don't use this company online.

Gymboree used to put out really cute and GREAT quality clothing. The quality has really gone down hill along with the style. Almost everything is now screen print opposed to where they used to embroider things. The shirts are always white, no color anymore for girls/little girls. I love this store and keeping holding my breath hoping for an improvement to the way they used to make things but it just seems to get worse and myself and many of my other friends find ourselves shopping other places now.

Please, if you are even thinking about ordering online from Gymboree, Janie and Jack or Crazy 8's all owned by the same horrific company DON"T! You will regret it! You will never receive your items, you may receive wrong items and your card may be charged numerous times to boot! Ha, what a joke of a once stellar company. Obviously, everything has changed.

I ordered clothes for my children and of course I wash them prior to putting them on my kids. Well the neck lines and hems were all stretched out as if they had been worn for months when they were brand new! Ba complete waste of money when it is basically like shopping at a Walmart now.

Horrible customer service! Nearly 3 hours on the phone to TRY to get an order resolved. Gymboree is quick to process an online order and bill me but ships incomplete orders or doesn't process them at all. Shameful! Take your business elsewhere!

Apparently the Gymboree website wanted me to place a second order 18 hours after my first. It was only for one item (thankfully!) but none the less, they charged my card a second time. I placed my order 6/16/17 and received confirmation right away, awesome! Woke up 6/17/17 to yet ANOTHER confirmation number with a different order number and another charge to my account. I tried calling right away to no avail since they are west coast and I'm on the east coast so I sent an email. They told me that even if I did call when I woke up, it would not have mattered as it enters the shipping stage within an hour after placing an order. The order was supposedly placed at 5 am my time meaning 2 am on the west coast and they didn't open until 10 am my time. Thanks Gymboree for charging my card a second time without my permission!

I am fed up with this company. They customer service is 0. And all you can here from them I AM SORRY but we can't do anything. At the store it's no better they are horrible with kids. I place an other and Nov 25 and it's still not process. Why have online special and you can't meet up with your shipping. Don't do sale if it's too much to handle

I ordered two dresses online from gymboree. I waited for the order only to receive one dress. I called customer service and the woman Amanda told me that unfortunately the warehouse made a mistake and only shipped out one item and that the item is no longer available. This is ridiculous! It's also bad for business! I doubt I'll be dealing with this company anymore. I've never had a problem with any other companies when ordering online.

I placed an order 12/10 for Christmas gifts. I checked the status on 12/19 because every other package I ordered online had already arrived, including one from England. The site said my order was still "processing". Since it was after hours, I sent an email as their site instructed. Now it is 11 days since I placed the order, and it still says "processing". I just called and waited 25 minutes listening to their recording to no avail. I can't even get a response!

I will never order from them online again. They charged me 6.00 to ship it to me which I messed up on the size so had to try to send back. I understood they where going to take the 6.00 out of my refund for postage. I called three times and each time I got a different tale. If you order online from them be extra sure the size is perfect because to ship back 2 pair of size 7 boys pants will cost you 14.25 ups and 11.25 post office both the very cheapest they can send it for to California. Than they also take your 6.00 out of the return. For 29.00 pants too much. I will never buy from them online again.

I have shopped this store now for about 8 years and I could continue to do so for a few more years until my kids outgrow the sizes. However, I'm not sure I will be visiting this store as much as I used to. I have really noticed that the quality of the designs has gone down (less embroidery, more screening) as well as most recently the quality of the fabric and stitching. The fabrics always used to be thick and held up wonderfully to my active kids. In the last batch of clothing I bought from Gymboree, I noticed the fabrics of the tops and the leggings are so THIN like I might find at Kohl's or Target. Not that I'm knocking those stores, I shop there also. But if I'm going to pay Gymboree prices, I expect Gymboree quality. I not seeing it and it's worsening. What is going on? I may need to stop shopping here.

I have 4 children and all of my kids have grown up in Gymboree. I have always loved the wonderful quality I received when I bought their products. My kids could even have hand me downs from my oldest to youngest because the quality and material would hold up so well. Over the last 2 years, their quality has gone from excellent to poor. They used to embroider majority of their clothing. Now they use screen print like you would find at Walmart or Target and (those places have better looking quality compared to this) and the clothing falls apart after one wash even on the gentlest cycle! I do not and will not buy from them until they change their manufacturer. Their products stink right now! I do buy their older (vintage) clothing online now for my kids on multiple sites. Those are the clothes that I grew to love and will always cherish!

Please hire UX professionals to improve your website. It did not let me buy clothes displaying message about an item in my cart is no longer available and I can check out other items while not telling me any other info. Tried removing everything and adding items. Same messages:(

I am just starting to think of shopping somewhere such as Jcrew (crew cuts) etc.

I love the baby and toddler clothes at Gymboree. It's definitely my favorite store to shop for new outfits for my kids. They have unique designs you really can't find anywhere else and the quality is always there. I just wish that the clothes weren't so expensive, but I guess you really do get what you pay for. I've also bought online and later returned items that didn't fit in the store without any issues.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping for online purchases tends to be slow, so plan ahead. And take advantage of gymbucks offer when you can.

I love all the products of this brand. I buy must off my daughter and son clothing at Gymboree if I ask them to put something on hold they do it if i ask to call me when they get a product they do it to do a phone purchase they always ready to do anything i ask, so in conclution I am not only happy with their product but also with the customer service at the stores in Calgary AB Canada thanks so much
