Full and nice and soft, Install was good and didn't shed or anything!LOVE IT.Quick shipping.When I received the hair it was nice and soft didn't smell bad and was plucked.I didn't install it right away wait for my birthday after washing it still was soft has little to no shedding. It has been on my head for 3 days now and still no complaints. I would definitely buy this hair again in the future.

The Janice unit is a little more curly than pictured, but it is gorgeous. The quality and craftmanship is outstanding.The wig process started slow, but DHL shipping and tracking is fast.I have purchased many lace units over the years, but hairvivi is by far the best in hair quality, and the unit is very well constructed. This is my first wig purchase, and I am thrilled with it. When I wear it, I am inundated with compliments. The color I picked is auburn brown highlights and it is perfect. As it is my first, it still seems strange to be wearing something on my head when I first installed it, but it has encouraged me to try something new. I am 54, and I think it probably takes 20 years off my age.

The item was a little slow with delivery because DHL gave it to USPS which caused the delay. But on the good side, it is soft, the layers are perfect and it is very pretty. My hair is a little thinning due to the covid treatments. I actually went bald. I have no choice but to use the wig! Looks amazing, & I look & feel like my previous head of hair was! I can't believe it is so fabulous!

Hair VIVI understood the assignment! I tried adding some photos it was not allowing me for some reason, so strange. I fought with ordering from wig other dealers cause I was nervous about the color. Some wigs I purchased before are too dark and dull.However, hairvivi wigs natural color is dope and it's going to be easy to add a brown color myself to make it pop! They sent me a wig with human hair in the front and a synthetic blend in the back but their website claims their wigs are 100% human hair. When I brought this issue up to their customer service they told me that "it is human hair because their main market is a high end market". I do not recommend them. They lack integrity and they will sell you anything. The cap construction and lace were well done but the hair is not as advertised. For $400, you can get a human hair wig elsewhere and invest in a quality install instead.

I would have given it a 1 star but it came really quickly. I have had other wigs that were good from them, but this wig is not good at all. This wig has thin ends, won't keep curl with iron and spray or wet set. The hair is 2 different textures from front and back of the wig. When I contacted them about it they did not want to give a refund or credit or anything. I will never buy from them again!

Really surprised by these negative reviews. These wigs are pricey but well worth it. And for the comment about China? Hello, all the wig companies are from there.

I ordered the Lillian and Lydia and both were gorgeous! However, they looked extremely similar so I wanted to return one. That was the only negative since I had to pay to ship all the way back to China but they gave options: use our Fedex number which cost me about 30 bucks or pay on my own which would have been around 100. The day they received my wig back, I was credited immediately.

Love this hair. Very silky, able to dye it and can't say enough about the lace. Finally lace that matches your skin complexion. I'm forever a fan. Now if only they could offer better discounts :)

More than a week has passed since placing my order. The website stated 48 hour delivery. As of 7 days later, it has still not shipped. Hairvivi contacted me with excuses, but still no delivery tracking number. Scam!

Spent almost $500 on a wig that is now balding, and unwearable. This unit didn't even last me 6 months, i look ridiculous. Once I noticed the balding I contacted customer service with pictures and their only response was for me to pay $60 and send it back to CHINA, so they can determine whether or not the balding frontal and overall poor quality was my fault. Or offer me $50 off a new wig, which is NOTHING considering their units go for $200+. Not to mention when i first purchased it, i waited 2 weeks with no updates or shipping information. Horrible company, nonexistent customer service, and overpriced poor quality hair. Will be contacting my bank as they have no intention of issuing a refund or replacing the unit.

I placed an order with Hairvivi a week ago and still cannot get them to answer my email to provide a tracking number, confirmation, or status. Their website claims they send wigs out within 48 hours, and should be received within 3/4 days. I cannot even get a response from them so it seems I will have to cancel the order altogether! Very poor service! Will not order again!

I bought a Cora reddish brown curly wig from this company, honestly, the picture with the mannequin doesn't do the color justice! It can transform from a fruity red(in sunlight), a strawberry blond, to a copper chocolate. I'm in love south this unit and thinking buy another one.

This is the best wig ever swear to god the hairline looks like it's growing straight from my scalp. It's super expensive but I see why it's GREAT quality. I'm only going to buy hair from here from now on I cannot go back to my old wig dealers after getting such a great wig thank you

This is seriously the best wig I've ever had. The fake scalp being pre made was amazing because literally all I had to do was open the box, cut the lace and put the wig on. I can't even explain the quality. Just go ahead and buy one!

This place is a complete scam. I placed and paid for my order on February 8 and to the date April 17 I have not recieved anything nor do they answer my messages. Just answered the first questions I made before purchasing and never again heard from them!

First of all the fake scalp looks weird because it stops like half a inch of where it's supposed to be so there's this weird gap in the front of your part where it's supposed to be the fake skin. Second, I bought the Victoria wig in 22 inch and for some reason I suspected the texture off the bat because it was looking like hair that's starting to revert back to its natural state and not be as flowy as a real straight hair; and then boom I washed the hair and it turned out to be a curly/wavy texture… over 400 dollars for hair that ain't even straight naturally? Not worth the money at all sorry.

Haven't tried it on yet since I have box braids in at the moment but girls! This wig is popping! It's REALLLLY soft! Nice blonde/brown highlights! The lace is very nicely customized you literally could just cut the lace and wear it straight out of the box! I'm very pleased and can't wait to try it on! The frontal unit that I received is a quality product. It will be my 'Special Occasion' wig. It was packaged nicely, with instructions on the best way to care for it. High recommended!

I brought the Ariel prepluck wig in 18" and it is stunning. I choose this wig for the 180% density and it does not disappoint. Hair is thick with looks very natural. Everyone thinks it's my hair!

Some people may want the scalp look more natural and then use the fake scalp method when they wear the wigs. Though this method do will let the scalp of the wig very natural just like your own. But when you adopt that method, it will not succeed all the time. Because it do need some skills and someone may find it is very difficult to realize it.
