SCAM! They charge $95 USD for what is only $7 through the official government site. Applications via the official site also only takes 2 days.

In response, yes I should have dug deeper. However you have worked very hard with you ETA data to appear first and official. When I went in there was no mention of cost and even whe. I put my card details in it did not even say how much I would be charged? I take full responsibility and should not have been so casual, but for most these are once in a lifetime dream holidays and this is an unnecessary expense especially when traveling from a country with a weak dollar. Which is most places when going to the USA!

Should have done our due diligence... Partner clicked on the link, thinking it was info for if we needed a visa for Singapore, which it turns out we do not, jist need a pre arrival form submitted. The wording on the site interchanges visa with arrival card. We have contacted our credit card company to withhold payment as the product they sold us is not what we received. Would love a customer service rep to sort this out with directly, but there is no one! Also, their Online Visa Manager link doesn't work, so we can't even cancel it.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it. Fortunately, web site is at least legit, but charged $65 for something that's free, and represented it as a Visa, instead of pre arrival application

This website comes up as soon as you google visa waiver and I mistakingly entered my details thinking it was a direct website - my fault I know. I was shocked to see what I was charged in comparison to the $21 fee that is shown on the official ESTA documents I received.
I am not sure how they justify charging a service fee of more than $200!
I am now in the process of trying to claim a refund but when trying to log into their system I am told my email address isn't recognised. I am not hopeful of receiving my $200 back but would definitely warn anyone off using this website and will be contacting my bank to see if there is anything they can do.

Had a really poor experience with them.
Submitted my documents only to be told they didn't meet their requirements.
Submitted the exact SAME ones again because they ABSOLUTELY met their requirements. Of course they got accepted then.
Then mentioned a totally different country when asking for proof of my stay. Which by the way I had attached in the form of the confirmation email.
Then finally asked for one more document - which I once again correctly sent only to be told the day before my flight that they could no longer process my application. Without giving a reason why. And gave me a link to another visa website.
Total waste of time leaving me to scramble and cancel my bookings.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute scam, Google search for Singapore entry visa let us to this site while I was sick, stupidly thought I had been led to the official site (thanks google) and we had to pay for the new online entry and got scammed $200 from our credit card. This was our first holiday since the pandemic during which I had stage 3 cancer so yeh, great rest of the holiday for us. I hope karma comes back and bites anyone involved with this company.

I recently posted to say I wasn't happy with their service as they had led us to believe that we needed a visa for Singapore and charged us $180 for them, however, I have since had an email from them in response to my earlier correspondence advising me that I would be receiving a refund.
Although I think they should have something built in to their website that says people don't need visa's to certain countries, I do believe they have done the right thing in offering a refund. I would use them again if a Visa was required for another country.

It does work, they pass your request to the officials, but you can do it yourself for a tenth of the price. This method of business is essentially parasiting by inserting themselves in between esta.cbp.dhs.gov and you. Just go directly to the official gov site and do yourself a favor or protecting your data by not giving it up to middle men who will charge you 200usd for an otherwise 21usd procedure, and probably leak your data behind your back to data brokers to top it all.

I lost my ticket and my tour booking because they lied and said it would take 1 business day to get my visa. They do not have any live chat, or number you can call. They do not answer emails and do not have any way of contacting them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have absolutely no idea how Google has this at the top of its search when you look for the Korean ETA (K-ETA).
ONLINEVISA CHARGES YOU BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN COMPLETE AND SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION! They do not charge you after completion/subnmission. SCAM!
DO NOT UTILIZE THIS WEBSITE!
They are a scam! I requested a refund, THREE TIMES, and they refused each time (even after telling me to request a refund form via the email correspondence already occuring) except for the last time when they told me to re-request via the same way I requested a refund the first time. However, they said this time to lie on the questionnaire:
"Please choose "Yes" for the question "Have you already submitted an application with us?" and select "Refund Request" as your reason for contact." - ONLINEVISA
I never was able to submit my application with the website due to complications with their website (I guess luckily).
I could not submit my address in Korea that the K-ETA requires. I was leaving in a few days to go to Korea and could not get the website to work. It was too short of a time suspense to complete via email correspondence (since they have no contact number or even live chat assistance).
*** Use anything but this website to get your visa's or anything else the country you're visiting is requesting.***
This company charges about 6 times ($68) the amount the Korean Immigration website charges ($11), this company isn't helpful, website has glitches, and they don't stick to what they say they'll do, they will not stick to their word that they will issue 100% refund if the application isn't processed or accepted, and they will outright lie during the credit card company disputes. They will also attempt to get you to lie during your request for a refund.
Tip for consumers:
Do not even entertain them, do not use them, be ready to keep all correspondence between you and this company for your credit card dispute and the following negative review of the company to show others.
