I ordered two shirts for my husband and myself for a theme party we were going to attend. First, I never got any sort of confirmation of the order but they definitely charged me. I ordered three weeks in advance of the party. When I finally got shipping confirmation it was for one and two weeks AFTER the party! One shirt arrived the day after the party. The other arrived a week after the party and it was DEFECTIVE! The sleeve was folded up and sewn to itself. I had already gotten two different shirts. My husband wanted to keep his but mine needed to be returned. There is NO contact info whatsoever on their site. NO email. NO phone number. I followed the return directions on the packing slip and those didn't work. Broken link. I finally went back to the shipping email and did the return that way. It said I'd hear from them within 48 hours. It's been over a week and NOTHING! I have been screwed out of the cost of the shirt. I will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered 11 shirts for a class reunion from this site. The reunion was cancelled due to a family emergency. I did not even want to return the shirts... just exchange them for different styles.
WHO NEEDS 11 OF THE SAME SHIRT?!?!?!
They simply said, "no". It is outside of our 30 day return policy.
The shirts are very poor quality. I will probably go thru all eleven of them within a year, because they are junky.

All the new clothes collections are very beautiful and I like them! The quality is as usual on a top and I always recommend this shop to my friends when they want to buy something really qualitative with interesting prints.

I ordered from this place they charged extra to express the items which were suppose to be delivered within 3 to 7 days got only 2 of the items ten days later the third item was never sent and the money was never refunded. Purchased from them 3 times so far - takes a bit to ship to the East Coast, but items are bright and well made, and funny. Adjust for Chinese sizing (go up 1 size). Was responsive when I had an issue, missing a good discount to one order - they applied it retroactively.

I just wanted to chime in about Hardaddy. I am pretty wary of ordering clothes online, but their site popped up on my FB feed and I liked the styles. I looked into their "trust" rating and figured I'd take a chance, as the reviews were pretty positive. I can't speak for anyone elses experience, but I was very happy with what I got, delivered to me in Canada. The material was similar to what I expected and will be good, I think, for a tropical holiday coming up next week, as they are pretty light. Size was about the same as I expected a large to be, although two were a bit larger than I would have hoped (but much prefer larger than too small!). I sweat a lot so splashed some tap water on one of the silk type shirts (polyester) around the chest area and the water did not make it darken around my chest at all (see picture), which I'm happy about, although it admittedly feels a bit clammy on the skin. So overall I'm very happy with my purchase and yes, I would order again if it came up.
