This product works if you use the product correctly and not give up after one try. It takes weeks to see good results #1, just like having it done in a MedSpa, you have to go through the 3 phases of hair growth and keep going for at least 6-8 weeks/ you ppl writing the reviews are using the product once and then seeing a hair grow back and crying.

Doesn't work at all. Have seen no change in hair growth or thinner hair and it has been over 3 months. I tried it on several different body parts. Just heat but no zap like a normal laser treatment. Total waste of money. Haven't be able to process a return or get an answer to email either.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I bought it on a whim, waited almost a month for it to come. During that time, I read a lot of negative reviews but wasn't too worried because of their "90-day guarantee.
That is a complete laugh. If you don't email them the day you receive the item, you violate their guarantee and they will only accept "standard returns." Standard returns means unused in the original packaging. Ok. I had that, but then after 3 back and forth email exchanges, I was told to send a picture of the shrink-wrapped box before she would send me the return address. Seriously? By opening the shrink wrap, I lost the ability to return the product? This is not a guarantee. This is the very definition of bait and switch. The company obviously does not care for its customers or stand behind their product.

Just as everyone else said, this website and advertising is all a scam. Their device does not work. I've gotten laser hair removal done before and this does not do $h*t. I ask them for their "90 day money back guarantee and they said no all because I didn't send them a BLANK email on the day I received the item. Is the order number that includes the day of purchase not proof? They are ridiculous, and should be taken down

Don't buy it: the handset does not work properly, with sometimes automatically shutting off without a reason, and I even got a burn from it. I received it months late, and when I finally first used it, it was days after I had received it, and so they do not want to apply the "90 day money back guarantee" which is advertised on their website. No, you're supposed to email them (but you never receive a confirmation) on the day you receive it (so not try it out). You cannot get a refund in a normal time, as they make sure the thing is delivered very late and then they say for hygiene reasons it is impossible to accept it back (they could just disinfect it, but whatever). And then when they are stuck, they start asking you for videos. They also don't confirm the receipt of the videos, but just ask you more and more videos. A bit more and they'll be asking their customers to produce a documentary! So total scam, don't give them money and they should be taken offline.

This site is a scam and is doing a great job hiding it. The "light" they send you is a thin piece of plastic, essentially just garbage. The instructions they include are pointless because its nonsensical gibberish. They advertise a return policy but when you request a refund they won't return emails. When I finally contacted them via Facebook they asked me to send them a video of it not working, right after I did they informed me it's now considered used because it's out of the package then went back to ignoring me. They delete all negative reviews on the website and deleted all my negative feedback on Facebook then blocked me from commenting on the business page. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible product.

I placed my order (ORDER #1016) on January 8th and haven't received anything yet, two and a half months now; not even an answer to the e-mail i sent you on February 4th asking about the delay. Wondering if this whole thing is a scam. Please proceed to my refund immediately!
They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which indicates there would be some level of customer service. I bought the handset and used it according to instructions. Once I got to level 3 on my arms, working my way up, it literally burned my arms, left grill marks all over. They didn't show up at first, it was just painful, but after an hour they bubbled up. I reached out to Hey Silky Skin but they continuously ignored me. Only once did they respond and they said I did it wrong by not working my way up, but I did, and I have screenshots from their Instagram telling people they can go straight to level 5 for best results. As well I have screenshots of them telling people they absolutely need eye protection, they don't need eye protection, eye protection is optional, and the device is carefully made so that you do not need eye protection. All in different responses. They do not care about safety. I kept leaving comments on their Instagram buy they kept deleting my comments, I sent emails and Instagram messages with the pictures, but they kept ignoring me. They never gave me my money back or tried to make it right.

I was SO skeptical when I purchased this item, I thought that the only true way to get rid of unwanted hair growth was by seeing a professional and paying a ton of money! I was WRONG!
This gadget really, truly, honestly works and it works amazingly at that! I've been using mine for roughly about a month now and the change is noticably substantial. On my legs specifically, I've always had very thick, dark hair that I had to shave every other day, I hated it and was my reason for trying this product. Guess what!?! Now I only have to shave every other week and the hair that I need to shave is half the amount and the hairs are so thin it's crazy. I now use it everywhere, lol. I am amazed with this product!
I have even started using it on my boyfriend's face so that he'll no longer grow a beard and have to shave everyday.
I so greatly advise anyone and everyone that's wants permanent hair removal to most definitely purchase this product because it works! I promise you that you will not regret it!

I wasn't sure if this would work but I purchased it "thinking" I was covered by their risk-free guarantee. What a load of lies that was. I have been using it for WEEKS with ZERO results. So I went to claim their kind offer of risk-free guarantee. And i'm pretty much told no too bad you don't qualify. Why? Because I didn't send a blank email the day I received my product to "let them know I wanted to participate in the risk-free offer" PARDON? I have contact them, within 90 days of my PURCHASE DATE. So the day it arrived is irrevelvant. I cannot believe they can so happily rip customers off like this. STAY AWAY FROM HEYSILKYSKIN!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I ordered from this scam company in July 2020. It took a month and a half to get delivered. It did not help remove hair, but shaving and use of the handset instead of waxing grew more hair that was coarser and darker. Despite emailing the day the handset was received and following other directives for the "guarantee", I was told I wouldn't get a refund because I emailed after "delivery". I wrote back that there must have been a mistake in address or input in their system incorrectly as our mailbox is checked daily. Allie indicated I would be refunded the amount of the item minus the initial postage fee (which wasn't noted in the money back guarantee steps or the invoice) as well as the return postage in its original packaging box and large bubble envelope with tracked delivery being paid from my pocket. After noticing the cost would be as or more expensive than the actual item ($150-$200 cdn) and reading reviews regarding this company not being trustworthy, I gave up to send back from Canada to Australia. Wish I could turn back time here...
Interestingly enough all reviews on their website are positive. Funny that. Purchased this product as a Christmas gift. I ordered on the 2nd of December and was told by the HeySilky staff it would arrive by the 17th December (see attached email proof). Their email also states a 3-5 day shipping timeframe (also attached). They did not supply Australia Post with shipping information until the 14th December and the product did not arrive until the 28th of December. (I had told the staff member that if I didn't receive it by Christmas I would be returning it as it would be too late to which I received no response.) Consequently after Christmas, I asked to return it (return shipping at my own cost of course). I was asked for photos of the item to ensure I had not opened it which I supplied. They then inform me that a further $18.95 would be deducted from my refund to cover their 'free shipping' cost from when I purchased it. How is it free shipping? Then they tried to tell me it was 'their policy' which does not appear in any of the correspondence I received from them and when I searched for this, so-called policy online, it had been recently removed and I receive a 404 error message. Hey Silky are not bad at everything though... they're staff are very well trained at being passive-aggressive. Perhaps a rename to Hey Sulky?
Jokes aside though don't waste your time or money on these products.

I had a horrible experience with this company. The product doesnt work and if you try and get a refund good luck.
It's been over a month since I placed my order (May 5th, 2021) and was charged for it, and I still haven't received the package (June 9th 2021). I was supposed to receive the package in Mexico. The last update I received was on May 14th and the package was, for some reason, sent to the country of Qatar. I know the shipping is done by a third party but apparently Hey Silky Skin chooses the most basic service to ship its packages which makes them "untrackable" and, of course, with no insurance. I was in contact with one person at the customer service department and they told me to contact the shipping company. When I got back to them, to let them know the shipping company couldn't help me, and asked what their company's policy was for undelivered packages, they stopped answering my e-mails. So, I DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT IF IT INVOLVES AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. If the package wasn't able to make it from the U.S. to Mexico, I can only imagine what would happen if you order it from other countries which are farther away. The company won't take responsibility. I'm really disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying their product.
