on 4/16/19They are definitely a scam! I hired them in 2020 for an expungement. It is now 2023 and $5,000 later. The job is still unfinished and they don't seem to care. Last week, they actually asked me for more money to finish the job!
Real law firm, but primary business is shaking down everyday people for thousands of dollars.
It's a total scam. This place does NOTHING for you.
Higbee & Associates are a trolling, scam company. I should know. I have been scammed by the firm and their French partner PicRights. The positive e-mails you see here are phony, deceptive. I used a photo on the Internet of President Trump on my website. The photo failed to identify the licensee as Agence-France. President Trump is a public figure. What followed was a series of threatening letters demanding $1,775. The letter was followed by harassing phone calls, e-mails and threats warming that if my case goes to court I could wind up paying as much as $30,000. I'm 83, retired and the promo on my website was for a non-profit service I was offering. Ed E.
They are a legitimate company that specializes in scamming people.
Definitely a scam! It's a shame a law firm is also an internet bully to scare people
