Is higbee & associates a scam or a legit company? Is higbee & associates a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

They are definitely a scam! I hired them in 2020 for an expungement. It is now 2023 and $5,000 later. The job is still unfinished and they don't seem to care. Last week, they actually asked me for more money to finish the job!
