I never joined the site. I recently downloaded Rocket Money and was alerted that I have been charged hundreds of dollars. I have been charged $14.99 several times a month. I did use the free trial but canceled it as I, like many customers believed the site to be full of fake profiles.

At first, I had a bad context about dating apps, but I had a broken heart recently, so I said to myself, why not?, the app taught me a lot of new things about this world, especially for correctly looking at the filling of all the information possible so that they don't think my profile is fake. In short, it is an app that is worth trying to barely am chatting with some guys. Indeed the more information you have filled out, the more likely you are to attract other users to your account, and I would like to mention that we even have special verification screens where you can confirm your identity and receive a check mark next to your name. This checkmark will represent that you are indeed the person represented in your photos, and that you can be trusted because you have verified yourself. Please do note that while the app has some paid options, they are completely optional, and even without the free trial or premium, you can still use Hily and all of its basic features.

You have to pay to get in the app then you have to pay to see them pay to like them pay to communicate with them anything to try and connect with a woman cost 💲 and it's not cheap and then they lock out and block iv had no luck and spent more on this app then on the pokies. A carton of beer and a hooker would be cheaper and less of a hassle

So I downloaded Hily for the first time ever and it said that I can't start an account because my account has been disabled because something did follow the guidelines. They told me the only way that I could reset it would be to send in a government ID to prove my age. So I think this is the biggest scam and waste of time. I can find better dating sites that don't ask for government documents. This is just 100% bs.

I met by boyfriend on Hily so, of course, I will say only positive things about the site. First, it's an extended search that allows you to find men who match your expectations; I mean age, look, marital status, occupations, etc. Second, you can communicate with as many people as you want privately. The more contacts you have the higher a chance to meet someone you get along with.

I can't say I'm pleased with the app. After 26 matches that responded to my profile and I reached out immediately. They were still online no more than 3 responded with hello how are you or hello my name is. No further correspondence or response after that. I'm thinking those three were probably Bots. I try and remain open-minded because I see some positive reviews but wonder were they are just generated by Hily themselves. So far at this point cannot offer a positive review. It has been close to a week. I've met more people at the gym in a week then a dating site that people are supposedly anxious to meet someone. Or at least generate a conversation.

The phone number given to call Hily is always out of service or busy and the support chat gives you nothing! So horrible site and now I can't talk to this guy which absolutely sucks! I downloaded the App to try something new, especially during these Covid times. The first impression was very good but after the registration you see the full price list and 229€ for a dating app is way too expensive. Furthermore after every 5-10 swipes you got an ad about the premium version.

You can see the full price list by going to the premium store within the app, but do note that we have a large variety of options for different price ranges that you can try out. Additionally, please note that once you acquire premium, you will no longer see ads, and additionally, we offer all new users a free trial of premium so you can see whether it is for you or not. Lastly, I would like to mention that while there are paid options in Hily, they are completely optional, as all basic features within the app are completely free of charge.
Internet dating is so much easier than meeting people in bars. I don't have much time to go out and waste my time. Hily was the best place I found for meeting men and making contacts. I'm really happy with my choice because this site does work! I've been registered only for one week and I've already gone on 2 dates. I feel happy again and receive attention from really handsome men.

As I asked a question about billing and having no idea the subscription was in my Apple ID and how Hily was taking a payment out from cc she assisted me with a breakdown step be step on how to vie my account and delete it for that matter, as she continues to explain automatic billing.and from that point I was understood on how the whole presses went each month.

Pretty good dating app but I wish I could edit my pictures or add some text so I can make them more personalized without having to use any other editing app. I don't like going back and forth between apps just to edit my profile picture but I guess this wont be a problem for everyone

People complain about getting charged after deleting this app when they don't read the terms of use or know how google play subscriptions work.
