So I am changing my review of Hiremyteam team. As of right now we have a Federal Class Action suit with Civil and criminal charges being filed we have a long list of clients where Thomas Parker the owner has refused to honor any of his contractual agreements with his customers. Anyone who is have issues in any capacity with Hiremyteam please contact me ASAP. I have 2 projects after my visit to LA a Global and a Platinum. They started out strong but it's been a nightmare. I am leaving a negative review hoping to save anyone thinking about going with them. I am also urging anyone who is also currently a client to contact me ASAP who is Experiencing any problems. Where to start first my projects aren't even close to being done it's been over 4 months reaching 5 month mark. You have a lot of fees associated with going down this road with eBay, Amazon, Shopify which hiremyteam doesn't tell you. It would be fine if sales were coming in but because they can't complete things in a timely manner your stuck paying fees month after month. My Platinum store they priced my products for what I get them for so with shipping and drop shipping fee I was in the negative. Despite the spreadsheets I sent them with products and prices. That was the recent thing that happened. Who is in the business to lose money raise your hands? The next thing is EBay and amazon put limits on your accounts when you sign up. Again hiremyteam should be transparent with information. These restrictions only keeps delaying the process something they don't tell you. So you can have 6000 products but you can only post 800 of them without fighting EBay or Amazon to increase your limits. Communication is so bad you go weeks without updates. You inquire and promises get made but then that date roles around only to be disappointed. They implemented a new communication software but I've seen no improvements. I've complained to Tom the Directer now 3 times in 3 months he is so good at telling you what you want to hear making promises his team can't deliver. He even went the extra mile to blame me for the delays when any request by them was given within 15 mins of the request. Tom has no clue what goes on in his own dept even when all the info is right there in the project notes in the Monday Project software. The logos are a joke they obviously do not have a very good creative team. The websites are generic but do serve their function. Who wants a nice website with a crappy logo raise your hand? I've tried to be patient because they are a fairly new company that needs to work out their internal problems but their core business values about customer service needs to be improved. I have given Hiremyteam until July 18 to finish my projects if they can't get them done I hired a lawyer to file breach of contract. They changed the wording of their website. Luck enough I was smart enough to take screen shots shortly after I started. My advice to anyone thinking about do this DONT, not with Hiremyteam they make big promises no follow through and broken promises. I had such high hopes for them their business model makes sense they just aren't ready to early for them. I can give so many examples and give more detail to every single hurtle I've had to jump through just to get to this point but I think you all get the point. For me the money I paid just shy of $18k it's just not worth it hire someone who can give you individual attention and service. I have to fight them now in court to get my money back. That my advice and run from this company as fast as you can. Im also adding Tom Parker is not his real name and he is now refusing to work on my projects. Santos Gonzales was a front man claiming to be the owner for this company and he is not the owner. Any of the pics you see on their website or on this google review are fake. We paid these guys $6873 for their supposed turn key online store. After 6 months we got a shopify store that didn't work. No Amazon, no eBay. They don't return calls or emails. We have reported them to US Better Business Bureau and the Canadian Anti Fraud Centre. This is a criminal enterprise do NOT give them your hard earned money. They typically respond to the bad reviews by saying they have no record of your purchase

Hire my team did exactly what they said they would do! Their marketing is amazing, I've never had this much business until now. I'm going to keep working with this company because I can only go up from here.
Our organization needed a fresh new design for our Wordpress site. After consulting with many companies, we decided to move forward with Hiremyteam. Our primary reason was during the demo Jay provided creativity, attention to detail, great communication, professionalism, and showed he clearly understood the ecommerce space. Personally, I needed a company that would be flexible with constant input from the client. We were seeking a very unique and creative edge to our site given the market we're in. The team went out of the way to provide us with what we wanted even after building out the 3,000 products! They were a few days behind schedule but nothing worth complaining about. We just upgraded to Global yesterday so I'll update my review in a few weeks!
Hiremyteam helped me and my wife turn our part time online business into a full time business. It did take while to get up in running with the website and the different selling channels but were truly grateful for this company walking us through the entire process!
We engaged in a so-called agreement and paid upfront for services and product that was never delivered or started. The people who supposedly worked on our project either doesn't work there or doesn't even exist. We researched on linkedin and other reference sites. They do not exist. Attached you will find an agreement. We have tried calling them and emailing them. No answer or response back what so ever. Please stay away from this company.

Wanted to start an online business so i decided to Purchase there global package. After speaking with there sales rep i moved forward. The turn around times was a little longer than expected but there quality of work is excellent.
Do not believe any of the positive reviews on here there is no way they are real. Hire my Team is a complete Fraud. Paid this Company $5000 on February 12. Since then I have had 3 project managers that quit, my marketing rep quite along with anyone else i have had contact with. I have had 2 old employees reach out to me to say what a compete joke this company is. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. I am out $5000 and cant get a single person to respond. T
I decided to take the plunge and sign up with Hire my team. So far they have provided exceptional service. The beginning of our project started out a little slow but for the most part they have been reliable.
I purchased there Platinum package in June and i must say i'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. Our website is beautiful, they held our hand through the entire process to make sure that our ecommerce business was a success!
I signed up for the Platinum package about 2 and a half months ago and after a slow start I started getting nervous because it took longer than I expected for them to build out my project. The team was professional and helpful and they kept telling me to be patient. The last two weeks have been extremely exciting! I'm starting to get sales which is a relief! I will say if you're going to sign up with them you should be a little patient and trust that they will help you deliver.

They are responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended if you need a new website designed or want to improve your search visibility.
I was looking for an online business and came across Hire My Team. Decided to give them a try. It did take them 2 months to finish my website and have my items loaded on Amazon. After 2 1/2 months my store finally went live. So far i average about 10-12 orders a week. I'm looking to ramp up my marketing Jan 2020. Will update review after Feb.

Super impressed with this company. I was hesitant to go with them based off some of there reviews but so far my business is generating sales. It's been 30 days and I'm just waiting for my other marketplaces to be loaded with products.
I wanted to start another online business but i didn't have the time to build one from the ground up. I came across Hiremyteam and decided to give them a shot. I purchased there platinum package a few months ago. It did take some time to have my project completed (which i have to admit i was very impatience) but, for the most part it's been a smooth proccess and i also i have learned a lot in regards to ecommerce.
Read all the 1-star reviews and trust Every word! I got dragged through the wringer, It's been 24 months, I'm trying to figure out how to fix this mess of a product they faked me. It's a SCAM, They try to make themselves seem Legit, but trust me. This company is nothing but a money grab and everyone who works in the company knows this. While working with them 3 people quit, employees are probably catching on or are also being mistreated there. Don't waste your money, Please! Any freelancer could do a better job for you, plus, the sites they have are also sooo sketchy looking, no customer would dare trust your ecom store.
Over promised and under delivered then * tried to bully me. After agreeing to refund they couldn't pay because they say they spent it on expansion. We extended the payment period now sent it over to legal for collections Tom Parker is a con-man and bully, * will just tell you what you want to hear and * is a lot of lip service. On August 13,2019, I signed a contract with HiremyTeam. I purchased the Platinum package. I still have not received my website. As or the contract terms they state that the site will be available in 60-90 days. Finally after giving me the run around, on December 16th via email I was informed that I will get my site on January 10th. I just sent the project manager an email today, January 6,2020, to see if they are on track to give fulfil fulfill their obligation as part of my contract. I received an undelivered message. I signed the contract with Sarah Jane Clay and worked with Alexa Stewart and David Adler. The question I keep asking myself is if I got scammed.
These guys are bunch of crooks, beware of these fake reviews. They took my $11,600 and did not do any thing.
I am working on legal action against them.
All the reviews on this company are fake. Hmt was closing their doors around aug. 2019. They took my money and did not finish my project.

I signed up with Hire My Team in March of 2019 to set up an e-commerce site. I paid in full for a Platinum package and was impressed initially by how quickly the team started getting things set up. This was a serious project for me and a huge investment. The initial salesperson made many false claims such as making 10K a month, also advised that they would not be filling dropship orders from China. It took only a month for orders to start rolling in and my website project remained incomplete. I paid for a myriad of services which HMT was unable to complete after the company implemented new changes.
I eventually resumed control of my site because they simply didn't have the bandwidth to do ANYTHING! I remained as patient as possible as they later asked for $100 a month to do maintenance and other tasks? How is that possible when the initial project was unfinished that a company would expect even more funds. I had no problem paying the additional fees but they didn't finish what I paid for to begin with. They simply couldn't deliver. Over half of the orders I received had issues because the products supplied were being drop-shipped from China, which has notoriously bad customer service and horrible delivery times. Duplicate products were uploaded, restricted items were uploaded, items with inaccurate shipping locations were also included. All of these actions have potentially serious outcomes in dealing with online marketplaces. I specifically said I DID NOT want any products filled in my shop coming from China and what I got was the exact opposite. I've dealt with late shipments, angry customers, shoddy products and bad ratings thanks to this shady business and their deceptive tactics.
I have spent more time and more money fixing the mess HMT made of my website in its initial phases over the last 7 months. I was excited at first to recommend the company to others but I absolutely cannot and I am a very patient person! I was incredibly patient with them but they literally made off with thousands of dollars and could not deliver anywhere near the results they promised. Hopefully they get it together. Unsatisfactory all around. Save your money and the the hassle and do it yourself.

Listen they got me for $13,000 for some crap I could have paid $50 for and had done in fiverr.
I waited over 7 months for them to deliver my website and after they did I it I realized it was just thrown together crap products from China. Every month I would get a new product manager because they would leave the company. I also paid 2k in fees for eBay and Amazon waiting on them to finish the site so I could officially launch. It was just a scam and I got taken for $13,000. I paid $12k for the large site and $1k for a smaller site.
These reviews up here are fake! Mine is the truth.
Don't give them a dime of your money people! Go to fiverr and hire someone from India. That's what they do. After any work was ever done on my store I would see that the last person who logged into the site was from India. They paid someone $50 and charges me $13k.

I ended up deleting all the products and every single thing they took 7 months to doand do it MYSELF in one week!
This company is a fraud and I plan and I know of numerous ppl with the same problem.
They use fake google voice numbers and fake names. I bet you can't find the owner of the company any place in the internet. Wonder why? If they are in Philly and I know the owners name I would have taken them to small claims court and got my $12k back since that's the limit. But I know the bank account I sent my money too. I know who he is and I know he gives out fake names. I know he tries to use his same voice but say he is somebody else.
Bottom Line don't trust this company. If they can do all the stuff they say they can why are all these reviews fake! They are employees and friend of employees.
The pic is a service agreement from the small $1k site and of course they never sent me a service agreement for the site I paid $12k for. But I have all the info in my emails.
They have done an excellent job for us. They have been attentive to our needs (and my lack of tech knowledge) exceedingly responsive and we get more good clients from our website. A great experience all around
I was impressed when I arrived at the philadelphia location to meet with the team, the place is gorgeous! We sat and talked for about an hour and went over all the details and let's just say, I cannot express it enough these are the people you need to talk to if you want to create a website! So much knowledge, exactly what I was looking for!
