I am trying to cancel my subscription but hitpaw makes it impossible! I tried to do it manually but their system would not recognise my order. Number, the number which is in my invoice. I kept running in circles for an hour trying all ways to cancel my monthly subscription but they wouldn't let me do it. And there is. No email to contact, just. One of those forms that. Nobody ever replies to.

They are totally ignorning my refund request after I declined a lifetime subscription to satisfy me. I found a daily limitation in background removal (99 images a day) that was not discoverable in the trial version and was not advertised. This doesn't fit my workflow and I asked for a refund. They offered a lifetime subscription which I declined and they have not returned emails since.
Avoid this company.

I needed to remove a watermark from a video I'd previously created and decided to try their product. Unfortunately, there seems to be a glitch because I uploaded my video and clicked on the edit button but the gears kept turning and NOTHING happened after an hour of waiting. I tried the process two more times before giving up and contacting customer support to ask for a refund. First - they take FOREVER to respond. Second - their stance was immediately defensive and they kept telling me that their product works fine. WEEKS later, after several attempts to get a refund, they are now asking me to send them some kind of log so they can assess the issue. They should have asked me for this when I first wrote and now that so much time has gone by, I do not have access to their product anymore and I'm not about to go through the entire process again. This has been a huge waste of my time, a huge headache, and I would never use a product from a company that a) provides horrible customer support and b) doesn't stand behind their product 100%. A $35 refund should be a no-brainer for a reputable company. These people are awful.

It's a great program for editing pictures and removing the background, did not find a better program for what i need, for what i use it more than good enough and not so complex as photoshop or other programs

I purchased the Watermark Remover and it kept leaving a terrible blur where text was suppose to be removed. In addition, the loading time is incredibly long, no reason to be so long to load. I was unsatisfied with the glitch software and the company did not honor their 30 day refund policy as they advertised.

I am a graphic designer working for a museum. Generally the resources came from my customer are very old damaged photos or low quality digital images. After I purchase HitPaw Photo Ai, the game has changed. It's very useful in repairing or coloring old photos. It gives great results on faces. Besides that I tried the app on very complex abstract images and get very good results.
I have purchased the app for lifetime on 1PC. When I buy a new PC to change the old one, I understand that the 'lifetime' doesn't mean my lifetime. It means my computers lifetime. Who uses 1 pc for a lifetime? So every time I change my computer (Not a second pc, a new pc), I have to purchase this program again. Because its a great and useful app.

I have used HitPaw for over a year mostly for Spotify downloads. It is awesome to get the playlists that my customers have requested to play at their events and having them on my hard drive is key in case of wifi issues. 5 stars!
