Totally agree, you are stuck with damaged/defective item. Return shipping fees cost more than purchase price! It's a lose lose for me.! I reported to BBB and waiting response. Scam company should be punished.

It is horrible they say it's omly 20% restocking fee and the shipping but then they will hit u with a crazy number that's just about what u paid for it
