DEFENDERS Grows Leaders

I am so upset and shaking as I write this review! Defenders is a way for ADT to lock you in a contract. I have tried for months to get out of our contract even reaching out to the owner and CEO of this business. After a month the "CEO" secretary called me only to tell me that they couldn't get me out of my contract. Here is my issue! Our alarm went off and the lady from ADT called us. You could clearly hear the alarm going off in the background as she argued with my husband that no alarm was going off. My husband got so frustrated with her that he hung up on her and walked outside to handle matters himself as he was approached by two police officers. My husband could of been shot because the lady on the phone wanted to argue with him! I am FURIOUS! DO NOT sign a contract with ADT! They could care less about the customer all they care about is the money!
