The owner of this boutique got mad because I called her out on the quality of her clothing for such high prices and instead of issuing me a refund, she issued me a gift card which I did not want to shop with her again and so I waited six months to buy from her again and this is what she sent me. Please see the photos below the clothes were damage and smelled of cat urine. I can't believe this lady is still in business.

It's a money grab. Better off shopping on fashion nova... Shipping with them may be long, but something like that would never happen.

I basically paid about 30$USD for a 50$USD dress... You do the math and see if it worth your money.

Love Hotmiamistyles, their one of my go to boutiques when I need some cute outfits for a trip or for an event! I've never been dissatisfied with my orders, the shipping has always been fast and all of the clothes are great quality and have that perfect stretch material! Definitely a great shop if your a curvy girl! And and anytime I have an issue or something doesn't quite fit thankfully I'm able to drive over to their storefront in Sunrise and exchange my items….they always have great customer service and I will continue shopping with them!

I became a customer of Hot Miami Styles about 2 years ago, so far I have not run into any issues(fingers crossed) and the quality of the clothes is pretty good. Customer service has also been very helpful and polite, which i recommend doing if you have any questions about items. I will continue shopping with them.

Hot Miami styles is such an amazing company! Their clothes are so cute and usually are true to size. I had an issue where an item I ordered was way too big although I ordered the size I usually get from here. I called their customer service and spoke to Allison. She was quick, attentive, and addressed all my concerns. She asked me how they can make the situation better, which they did! I have ordered their clothing many times and they never disappoint with their fast delivery, helpful customer service, and cute clothes! I will definitely order again!

Only shopped here once: I had ordered a summer high-low dress and a fringe crop top. Unfortunately the dress was too large (even though I followed their size guide) and looked cheap for the $50 I spent, so I just donated it. The crop top worked out fine. I am hesitant to order something of significant money because I can't try it on or see it personally.

Hello ladies, So just recently got in my Palm print thong bikini. First thong bikini owned, my honeymoon is in December. I tried it on and then went and ordered the neon green one the same day. I was that on love with it. Look I'm not a model but I do love my booty and I still felt just as sexy in these. They are sexy and tasteful! I won't buy bathing suits anywhere else now!

I'm giving them this review because there was an issue with my address when I made the purchase and a really sweet lady called me this morning to ask for the correct address so they can ship my order and have it by this week. I thought it was VERY nice of them to take the time and do this because no other online company takes the time to reach out by phone. Majority of other companies reach out by email and they usually take longer to make any corrections to your order when issues like this happen. I am very pleased with how personable this customer service was and their willingness to correct my order. I will continue shopping on Hot Miami Styles.

I just have to say between the service Hot Miami Style's supply coupled with quality inexpensive clothes, I will forever be a loyal customer. I am in a financial corporate environment. I have been In this for almost 20 years and I like my my cute evening attire but I love dealing with this company. I haven't had one complaint in over 2 years. That is unheard of. This was my first time purchasing from HMS and it did not disappoint. The quality of the set I got was great. Really sad it didn't fit but I definitely will be buying more clothes in the future from them. Their customer service was even better!

I ordered 2 long gowns from here twice and the quality is amazing! Looks so expensive and well made. The shipping to Canada is not too bad compared to other websites, its about $17 for standard shipping. Under their shipping category the standard shipping states that its gonna be a long time for it to come in. But both times I ordered it was about 10 business days. I recommend this website :)

I've been a customer 4 years now and I have to say probably 80% of my closet is hotmiamistyles. I fell in love with their bandage dresses and now I love everything about them. I feel that they are fast in shipping your order and probably have the best return policy. I've returned items and gotten an exchange within the same week.

This site is wonderful. Not sure why anyone would write a bad review about it. Every dress I've bought from here I always get amazing compliments on! The products do not look cheap. I recently purchased a dress from this site before reading reviews... after I read reviews I became worried that my excitement over my birthday dress would turn into either being scammed or saddened with poor quality. I received yesterday within a week if ordering! Quality was good and I can't wait to wear! I do agree with over pricing that it is a little high. I have purchased similar styles and quality from other sites for about 15 to 20 dollars less. But this site is getting a bad rap! I am completely happy with my purchase!

I was very skeptical to order from HMS since I read so many negative reviews. I took a chance and ordered 2 dresses and a bodysuit. The pieces are well made and the material is thick. I'm 5'2 and weigh 130 pounds, I ordered a small but a xsmall might be a better fit since I have a small bottom. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.
