Is this a real company, I ordered a hover board
From hoverboard 360 the web site said it had 2 day shipping I emailed them for tracking information they never responded so I emailed them again still no answer I've been call them non stop and I get no answer. I ordered on nov 30 2015

I'm actually asking myself the same question, I've been trying to get ahold of customer service for over a week now ( no answer) sent 4 emails ( no answer) I even commented on their face book page. Every time I comment they answer everyone else's questions but skip over me! So as it stands I'm out 368.99. I don't know what to do! I'm a single mom of two and don't have allot of money for Christmas but saved up for this and now it's gone! Ugh extremely frustrated

They are real but seem shady. I received an incorrect tracking number but did eventually get through their customer service line and did get my hoverboard. When calling in, hit the prompt for "marketing" not customer service.

I agree with above, I believe it is a business, just a shady one. I did receive my first board about a week after I ordered it, that transact to go rather smoothly. However it went down 150 bucks a day or so after I received mine and I tried to get a hold of them, but couldn't and I didn't want to miss the sale, so I ordered another one in hopes to get a hold of them first thing in the morning. I too have spent endless hours on the phone to get a hold of them for about two weeks now and have yet to get a hold of them. I have sent countless emails only to have my first two answered, they told me I couldn't cancel the second order because it as shipped already (I ordered Sunday night, they emailed Monday) and gave me a form to fill out to return it, i sent that in and have tried asking for the return shipping address several times with no answer. I did receive the tracking number four days after I placed my order and as of today (12/8) I have not received it. I have been watching it, it was suppose to be delivered Monday, then they changed it and now it shows its in Alaska with no estimated delivery date. Definitely not 2 day shipping. I have already contacted my credit card company and have a plan if they don't response soon. My Advice to you is to call your credit card company and if you haven't received the item or shipping information yet, dispute the charge based on not being able to get a hold of them / not receiving the goods and get it elsewhere.

They are thieves! Do not do business with them. Frauds. They tried to quadruple charge me! Pathetic excuse for a company. Please spread the word.

You will likely get the board but you will never get in touch with them. If for any reason you need to exchange or return it or have any issue, you will be completely out of luck. They are a horrible company. I needed to exchange a board simply because it was a gift for my son for Christmas & he wants a white one & I ordered him a red one before I knew that. I've tried for weeks to get a hold of them with no luck. When I finally got through to someone, they wouldn't give me any info on returns or exchanges & said I had to email them so I did multiple times and they responded once with a form that had no return address or info to send board back and that's it. I'm stuck with the red one, hope it works.
