I'm not sure if its 'legit' however, they never sent my report to the court as I requested. They emailed it to me, it went to my spam folder and when I called them they say its only good for 14 days. So I went to my local police department and had it done free.
Please, do not use this company.

To date, given that they took my money, haven't provided the service and won't respond to my queries, it looks suspicious.

They are contracted by the state of Texas which apparently supports corruption. If you can get the service you need any where else do it. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. They have no customer service at all. Don't walk RUN away.
