I inherited a wing chair that had memories. ILuvFabrix had a sale on a mohair that was still wildly out of my price range. After talking with several professionals in addition to the people at iLuvFabrix, I was convinced to get it to cover the family heirloom ("the durability, quality and unparalleled look with mohair"} The upholsterer and the furniture restorer raved over the quality, and the chair will be a show stopper for at least a few more generations of my family. I'd do it again.

Card was charged, fabrics did not ship, multiple phone calls and emails with no response to deal with the issue Months of this have passed and still nothing! I am out over $600 and it looks like there is no remedy. Their prices are so over inflated--I found a similar fabric for less than half of their price (which was supposedly 80% off retail). I am disappointed and saddened that they have hit my "scam" list. Buyer beware!

I have ordered from Michelle often through the years. I always receive fabric that otherwise would be well beyond my means, as a free lance artist. Because of this company, I have been able to fill my home with really gorgeous upholstery and I am very grateful. Orders fulfilled in a timely manner too.

Recently, I have had the pleasure of ordering from the above-named site. The fabric that this company has is top notch and I am very excited about receiving my orders to start my window projects. The service from all representatives from this company was outstanding. One fabric that I ordered was velvet and I received an email after placing my order informing me that this particular fabric should be on a roll for obvious reasons (which I did not think of at the time I placed my order). I rate this company as exceptional and know I will continue to do business with them in the future. Emails are answered immediately. Thank you again.
Did I find the fabric I wanted? Nope. Would I return to the website to look for more fabrics? Certainly. Michelle, their resident designer worked tirelessly to help me find the right fabric and still is working with me. Did I see a lot of wonderful fabrics? You bet! It's just unfortunate that so far they haven't worked for me. While I've had a positive experience w/every on-line fabric store I've encountered, none gave me the really exceptional service I got from Michelle. I feel I made a good friend.

Very very bad ecompany, order was based on a verbal guarantee that I would receive the items within 10 days in order to meet a design deadline, it took over 4 mo's to arrive and included missing items, stained items and wrong colors. Company has refused to help and won't return calls to resolve issue which has been going on for over 8 months now. They use the clause on their website that states all sales are final as way to avoid making their customers happy, even though they breached the contract. Employees mentioned that the owners are very shady and that the way they conduct business is very bad. When I asked for help to resolve the issue, the purported owners initially said I was due a full refund but changed their minds and instead began using scathing language and name calling rather than conducting themselves in a professional manner. They operate out of a storage facility - beware.
I Luv Fabrix is not a legitimate business. On June 5,2020, my son ordered, and paid for, 40 yards of fabric. It was "lost" in transit and never arrived. On September 10, he requested a refund. Today is November 3, nearly five months after the original order, and the refund has not yet been processed. We have begun the Small Claims Court process.
I have made a couple of purchases from Australia through Iluvfabrix. The first purchase went extremely smoothly, the shipment arrived quickly and in good condition, and I was extremely happy with the fabrics (tricky when choosing online). My second purchase hit a few snags, mostly my fault due to changes to the order. After contacting Michelle Tennen my order was tracked down, problems rectified and the shipment on its way by priority post. I was most thankful as it can be difficult making significant purchases when you are so far away. Michelle certainly gives me confidence to continue shopping with Iluvfabrix.

The quality is superb, always the quantity that I need and the service makes me feel I am the only customer being tended to. Shipping is prompt and merchandise arrives in perfect condition. Have purchased three times from them. Once for high end velvet for a sofa and twice for yummy faux fur throws. Every time I found them to be very responsive, accurate, helpful, and very competitively priced. Michelle is our designer and has graduated from a number of multi year, prestigious design schools. Unlike others who call themselves designers because they have picked out some fabric in years gone by, Michelle is the real deal. She will help you choose fabric for a pillow, right on up to a decorating every room of an Estate. She works from pictures sent to her, phone calls describing the "look" the customer wants up to traveling to the site and providing her decorating expertise on site.
This is absolute nonsense. Always 2 sides to a story. Customer bought fabric, kept it for OVER a year, then decided she wanted to return it. We offered to take the fabric back and give her a store credit, but she just thought she can buy fabric and return it more than a year later after it was cut for her, shipped to her for free, and kept for over a year. Then she did a chargeback... got half her money back, but kept the fabric... never returned it. So she paid half of what the price should have been because she got half her money back, but didnt do the honorable thing and return the fabric for which she got her money back. I think the whole thing was a big fat scam on her part. She probably used the fabric as soon as she got it to make drapes, upholstery, who knows what else... but this little scam probably worked for her before so she pulled it on us, trying to get goods for free. It takes all types. But this lady is a bonafide crook.
