I already sent some VCR tapes to convert, a few have mold.will iMemories send me back those tapes that won't work or have mold?

Hi Chi, The online shopping cart will reflect any tapes with mold as $0.00 each. The media we cannot process will be shipped back with the remainder of the completed order after processing is purchased and completed.
