My Instacart account and bank credit card were probably compromised on 8-6 and so far Instacart has done nothing except lock my account. I have not heard from them for two days. The phone reps don't have access to relevant info, and I can't get through to any managers. This is negligence at least. Any ideas how I can find out if I've been hacked?

Bottom line... they dont care... they wont help and even tho the app says someone will reach out to you they never will. Best bet to get new bank card just to be safe. Instacart rips people off and they arent going to help at all.

I have the same situation. No response to 4 phone calls, 3 emails to help@instacart. 24/7 Customer service is a bunch of malarkey
