Always great deals and pricing at Instant Gaming and friendly customer service whenever there are queries... but... the re-requesting of already approved customers and re-doing KYC is so annoying and needs to be fixed. Otherwise I would easily give 5 stars
Cheaper, yes. But I never received the code for the bonus content from The Sims 4 Life and Death Expansion Pack. And they had the gallstones to get snippy with me in customer support?! There is no support! And to think that I would consider partnership. Update: They did eventually give me the bonus code, but it's for the wrong platform! I play on Xbox and they gave me the bonus code for the PC version. As I stand by my statement. Instant Gaming is a TOTAL SCAM!

The headache is not worth the savings.
I bought a game from Instant Gaming just fine, and the product code worked. When attempting to make a second purchase, my credit card company deemed the site suspicious and locked my card. After making numerous phone calls and spending a half an hour of my time my card was finally unlocked. The next day I attempted to make the same purchase, only to receive the error "The product code you've entered is not valid."
I reached out to IG Support, who stated it was now their security team who deemed the transaction suspicious, at which point they requested a photo of my credit card and photo ID.
Under no circumstances am I, or any other sane person, going to submit a photo of my credit card and ID.
For these reasons I say it is a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I had high hopes for this website. After buying a CD key for Steam, I was told I need to send a photo of my ID for "verification". This was the first time a key shop asked me this and I've bought over 100 cd keys for Steam. Not instant at all. Support is slow and I've read it may take up to 6 hours to get my order, which is extremely frustrating.

I bought a key from instant gaming not realizing it was it would direct me to another site to claim it. That site GOG showed my purchase as a "free gift" and therefore not returnable. When I tried to download the average size game it will take just over 12 hours. I tried to cancel to order it elsewhere. Instant gaming said once I activate the code they don't care. My point is I activated the code believing it was returnable.

It seems they pretend to accept PayPal and then ask for ID, after submitting ID they decline the purchase and say try again with credit card instead.
Do not use this website, they are a scam and should be avoided.
They also sell stolen keys as reported on other forums.
I had a problem with a key that was already used, but after a time they replaced the key with other working, meanwhile i bought there more 8 games and all went fine, i just recommend u to use paypal.
I bought them thru the app. Would be unfair to rate with 1 star when fix the problem and never had any kind of problem again, if i got any i will write it down here ;)
I bought some games there until the last game that didn't work, the key already used, I contact support, I sended the pics with the key and error, then they asked me to contact steam to have a screenshot of they re answer! This part they should do it them, they sold a used key, I showed them with pics and then I must lose time fixing it? Then after all screenshots and pics they still untrusting me and asking for more and more things... resuming, if it don't work u don't have support, you simply lost money, I want a place we're when thing don't work they fix it, not we're I have to lose lots of time trying to fix their mistake, whenever I would bug there a game from now one I would be thinking, will I have luk this time of not? For that I consider it not reliable

I am really happy with Instant Gaming, but want to be totally honest about the pros and the cons!
I will start with the negatives, which is that VAT is added on top of the listed price, so it isn't quite as much of a saving as it first appears. I assume as the website operates in many counties all with separate taxation rules. Also, there is a fee to pay via PayPal, which is always my preferred method when shopping online for safety reasons. I also think that it needs to be made clearer about DLC downloads, this didn't affect me, but I have seen negative reviews about people less versed in the gaming world getting caught out.
That being said, my personal experience was really positive. I bought two DLC for less than one full price on Steam. The codes were instantly in my account and were super easy to add to Steam. They worked perfectly and I have some cool new stuff in my game. I will 100% use Instant Gaming again and am really happy with my purchases.
I saw some YouTube creators posting about it and thought it was worth a try. I was pretty sceptical at first, but all the good reviews made me a little more reassured and it all worked out for the best!
Y'all got me this stuff I've bought cheap as chips, it's ridiculous what they ask us to spend on games these days. I'm glad y'all can get these games elsewhere and get em cheap, it ain't your fault there's some loophole in the market that makes it possible.

I'm using Instant Gaming for while. So far service is perfect without even single hitch. And only one time key didn't work, they asked a couple of screenshots for verification before refunding it. Ordered 15 games so far, all of them came instantly. Sometimes they ask for your ID next to the logo for security reasons but that's solved quickly and it comes with their apology for the time you had to wait. All they need is to see the name matches the name on the credit card so you can use Paint or something similar to hide the other info. Extremely professional, great prices, instant games. Highly recommended.
Although I understand the need for a verification system, having to send ID can turn many customers the other way, not everyone is gonna trust a website with their information. I got my items in the end, but it was a hassle.

For the low prices and ease of use
I got most of the way through buying something by Paypal and they asked me for my mobile number to send a confirmation code, next thing my phone is ringing with a call from a French number, this seems strange, most confirmation codes would be texted. I declined the call and went to shop on Steam itself, a little more expensive, but better than dealing with a possible scammer.
So many companies out there trying to sell keys but in my time I've only ever trusted one now I can add instant gaming to my list very cheap and very reliable so thank you and keep up the awesome work

If you wanna save money for your sim packs buy from here. I was adamant at first because of the identification process but it was easy and once I sent in my picture it came in a couple minutes and I could start playing.

I love instant gaming, it has awesome prices! Something that I could see that needs improving is the "ID check". I don't think that people should have to put in some sort of identification every time they buy something, it should be saved for the next time. Also making the process time faster. Some times it could take 5 minutes other it may take over night.

To verify my photo ID needed to buy, i needed to open a ticket. This whole process is not required elsewhere and so a big inconvenience

Better prices on gift cards and games
I bought Anthem on instant gaming, and at first was sure I had just got absolutely scammed. They asked me for my ID behind their website, I used a different card for it, DO NOT use your drivers license, that could lead to some major problems. I think it may work better if you buy a bigger name game, it seems like if something is too unrealistic to be true, then it probably is. The whole payment thing is really annoying, I agree with the other reviews on that. But I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I actually got a working key. I hope this was helpful to someone like me, My advice would be don't buy from them unless you are really desperate and impatient, just go to a more trusted source and if it costs a little extra dough, oh well... I think it's worth it in the long run, just grateful that I received my code. Also, I know most of these reviews are either 5 or 1, Not sure why instant gaming has so many reviews about fallout 76 LOL... Anyways, I hope this helped!
