Hi Manessa,
Most of our clients are at the manager level or above. At the leadership level, they are looking for your ability to understand the big picture current situation and see around the corners, and develop solutions to this. This means you want to have ready examples from your past of what you have done, research to understand the current situation and an idea of how you will approach the role when you step into it. These are topics we talk about in the program.
