Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from InterviewSuccessFormula staff and previous consumers.
Hi Riyadh, One thing you may want to take a look at is the Customized Interview Preparation plan as that will give you some guidance on how to navigate different types of interviews such as the panel interview that you will be facing. If you have a specific question, you are welcome to email us and a member of our team will be happy to answer you. If you are looking for a personal coach to advise you though, that would be outside of the course. Best of luck with the upcoming interview.
Hi Jonelle! Congratulations on your graduation and on the upcoming interview. In today's healthcare environment, it's critical how nurses relate to and support patients. So you'll need to tell stories related to helping others - in nursing or elsewhere. All your life experience will help there, and our program will guide you through how to tell those stories. ISF will also help you articulate your strengths and motivations and other parts of yourself – where people sometimes have a hard time articulating the words. The Formula won’t answer technical skills questions like how do you respond if a patient is coding. It will help you present who you are more effectively and prove your value. Thanks for your note, and best of luck in the upcoming interview. Best, Alan
Hi Maria If you contact one of the advisors in sure they will tell you how long it takes should you want a refund. They were really helpful with me even before I bought the program but I honestly don't think you will need a refund! I'm sure you will get the job, I was terrible at interview was unsuccessful so many times and after 2 days of this system I got the job I wanted! Try it honestly I truly believe In the program.
Hi Steven, Thanks for your question, and please feel free to email us anytime, should you have more questions. I have spoken with clients who have gotten a big boost and the job after just a couple hours, and others who have invested a full weekend or more. So it really varies by the individual. In general, I encourage individuals to invest as much time as they can. The more you can "wow" your interviewer, the better your position to both land the job and earn a better starting salary. I hope that helps, and feel free to reach out again.
Hi Amy, Thanks for reaching out. The strength of Interview Success Formula is in helping job seekers to talk about themselves and their value, their core strengths and talents, their key experiences and stories. This is important at every level of job. As you move into senior leadership roles, you'll also be asked to map out future plans, articulate your vision. We do have some resources inside of the bonus area to help with this. And the Customized Interview Preparation Plan can also help. However, I would also recommend that you do some additional work on your own to really hammer this out, beyond the resources in the program. Hope that helps. Best of luck with the upcoming interview.
Hi Ash, While I can give a number of reasons why I believe in this program and share client success stories, what I'd suggest instead is to simply give the program a try for yourself. We offer a no-questions asked money-back guarantee. So if the program isn't right for you, just send us an email, and we can issue you a refund.
Hi Laura, Thanks for emailing us your question as well. So as an educator, you're going to have three potential categories of questions: technical questions, behavioral questions, and traditional questions. Technical questions include, "What are the Common Core standards for students in your subject at your grade level?" or "Walk me through a typical lesson plan." These are areas that you should know from your work, but that our program doesn't cover. Behavioral questions include, "Tell me about a particularly disruptive student you've had, and how you managed this behavior effectively." Our program will take you step-by-step through answering these questions. Traditional questions include, "In what type of environment do you thrive?" or "What are your biggest strengths?" Our program will actually create custom built answers for you, based on your personal profile of motivations, strengths, values and personality traits. I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out via email at any time - SiteJabber isn't the fastest about letting us know when people post questions.
Hi Yvette, Thanks for your interest in the program. Yes, that's correct. And, if you have any questions about the program or the interview process, feel free to email our support team. We have someone there to help 7 days per week.
I am sorry you've such a hard time with your last couple of interviews. I can share with you how many clients we have helped in the past and why I believe it will work for you. But the simplest answer is to suggest that you try it. If for some reason it doesn't work for you, just let us know and we can return your money. Best of luck in your job search, and I hope your next interview goes better.
Hi Ayesha, congratulations on the interview(s). Inside our bonus area we have a copy of our worksheets designed for medical professionals. They would serve you well in a residency interview. Residency interviews vary. Some are pure personality based "would you work well with us". Others will ask about your research and critical experiences related to your desired specialty.
