For behavioral questions, we provide you with examples, templates, worksheets, and other support materials, but since we don't know the stories of your past accomplishments, you'll still have to fill them in yourself. At the leadership level, they are looking for your ability to understand the big picture current situation and see around the corners, and develop solutions to this. This means you want to have ready examples from your past of what you have done, research to understand the current situation and an idea of how you will approach the role when you step into it. These are topics we talk about in the program.

Inside of our members area is a tool called the Customized Interview Preparation Plan, which gives you advice on different types of interview situations, a phone interview versus a panel interview, a first interview versus a final interview, etc. So that can definitely help with that piece. In regards to personality, I am not sure whether you mean they want to understand culturally how you would fit, whether you would be taken through a formal assessment, or whether you would be asked to shared stories and examples that describe your personality. The program can give you some strong guidance, on the first and third possibility, and less on the second.
