So as an educator, you're going to have three potential categories of questions: technical questions, behavioral questions, and traditional questions.

Technical questions include, "What are the Common Core standards for students in your subject at your grade level?" or "Walk me through a typical lesson plan." These are areas that you should know from your work, but that our program doesn't cover.

Behavioral questions include, "Tell me about a particularly disruptive student you've had, and how you managed this behavior effectively." Our program will take you step-by-step through answering these questions.

Traditional questions include, "In what type of environment do you thrive?" or "What are your biggest strengths?" Our program will actually create custom built answers for you, based on your personal profile of motivations, strengths, values and personality traits.
