It's important to go back to "fundamentals".
How do name brands sell their products? They sell through well known retailers, their own web site or sites like Amazon, New Egg, etc.
Retail outlets and e-commerce sites like Amazon, New Egg, etc., all have customer service contact information that connects the consumer to someone who can help them.
The e-commerce sites have quality standards and terms of service that protect both buyer and seller.
The online reviews for these companies are good, thus people trust them.
I have my own product and brand that I manufactured in China and sell in the US. I just returned to China to inspect product before I allow it to be shipped to the US for sale on Amazon and my own channels of distribution.
My product will never be sold on I offer. Why? It would ruin my brand's reputation.
If a product is TOI CHEAP in price, the quality can not be good. Good quality requires good workers, paying for quality control, industrial designers who design excellent designs and safety certifications.
Example: I just studied bringing a mobile device into the US. FCC certification will cost $750,000. Manufacturing costs much more. It's a beautiful, well engineered product.
Am I going to sell it on I offer for $19.99 with free shipping, no customer service numbers?
If you want good VALUE for you and your family, don't go CHEAP... because TOO CHEAP is actually EXPENSIVE. It's what fools do.
