Not every seller. I ordered 5 items from 5 different sellers and got every item I ordered. I can't speak for everybody, but I was satisfied

Majority of sellers on ioffer are corrupted. I ordered two items from two sellers, both closed store run with your money and re-open new stores under new names. The good way to find out if you're dealing with crooked sellers is when they sent you a fake tracking number that you can not track your package.
To get your money back: file a dispute with your credit card or it paid with paypal, file with paypal. The sooner you file the better. Do not wait.
