on 7/22/16To cancel your subscription, please log in to ipsy.com and click on your profile picture in the upper right corner, then go to the "Subscriptions & Purchases" section to find the cancel button. Youll receive a confirmation via email, so just make sure you're still logged into your account when you open that email and click the link inside to finalize your cancellation.

It's a scam! It doesn't let you cancel. Emailed Customer Service 8 days ago. NO response. Anyone want to join me in filing a class-action lawsuit?
I had to same issues canceling and Clicked help me stop my membership. When the page came up with the giant ad and option to skip, I had to hit ------tab------ on my hp laptop ------numerous times----- to be able see and select the full page. I had to -----option to cancel there----. Note they send a followup email to confirm.

I am going through the same thing. I canceled online and I never received an email. I just went through my emails to check and never got one. I just emailed customer service because I was just charged for a three month subscription that i canceled two months ago. Ipsy knows how to try trick you. But I will go through my bank if i have to. I canceled this subscription and never okayed them to take money out of my account.
I had to email IpsyCare. The customer service rep was able to handle my issues without a phone call. She was willing to phone me if I felt it was necessary and would provide my number. Side note: My sister was able to cancel her subscription and only had the current month go through.
Fill out the request on their website. THEN they claim to send you an email that you need to confirm the cancellation request. I didn't get that email any of the multiple times I requested cancellation. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent any further charges from Ipsy. They charged my card 3 times the month I had to have my credit card intervene.
