To achieve better results in top eleven I started to open the offer wall to boost my token balance. Of the options there iron source provided the best variety of promotions, the clearest indication of progress and the most reliable payouts. This time however my reward didn't arrive, but I went to support and a brief email bought me a quick and positive response. I hesitate to complain about much, never wanting to be a bother, especially around the year-end holidays, but the process was easy, painless, and mostly automated. The resolution was quick and positive - they want to come through on what they promised, and they act quickly when they find out something has gone wrong to correct things. Will not hesitate to contact support if this happens again :)

I have had nothing but good experiences with this app. The offers are great and it credits immediately. Only once did it not credit as soon as I reach the payout level. Did a ticket to customer service and had my points within a half an hour. Try it you will love it too.

This Earning platform is simple and easy to earn credit but what I love is their support team, they answer your questions right away and find a solution to your problem, their also really polite and helpful. What are you talking about, I didn't make the purchase! I can't even play that game, why would I purchase anything when they told me 2 months ago that my Google ad ID is off or something like that and therefore all of my data is instantly deleted!

JustPlay is my go to App. Customer service has always helped me out in any situation that ran into I can't think of a bad thing to say about them. They keep offers as fresh as possible.One thing is true play multiple games. I've made around $750 in 6 months so I can screenshot proof if there's a review that states other wise. A+ gaming app.

EDIT: Woke up this morning and the missing reward gems outlined below were delivered in game. Assuming this post had to do with it, but thank you for correcting this situation. As promised, updating my review.
My first ticket experience was terrible. Followed the instructions, first time install, etc. Completed the gem requirements, didn't receive reward. Opened a ticket, was told it would be looked into. Never heard back again, followed up weeks later and still haven't received a response. I'll attach proof here that I completed the requirement. Maybe this will get them to deliver as promised, and if they do, I'll upgrade my rating to 5 stars.
2nd ticket was much better, I completed the requirements but didn't receive the gems for 2 days. Opened a ticket and got a response the next day along with my reward in game.
This is the first time I've had an issue with rewards not being credited. After contacting support and providing the required photos for proof of offer completion, they resolved the problem within an hour! Customer service is definitely on point. I suspect some of the negative reviewers did not check their junk mail.
There was a redemption offer that didn't work properly, but after submitting a support ticket with a screenshot it was fixed within 30 minutes! All of the other offers have worked perfectly, and I've been able to pay for a couple of video games out of all the time spent on my phone. I'd say it's a good trade-off :)

I have complete a task to earn some points but after 3 hours there was still no points in my account. Contacted the support and they fixed it within an hour. Please make sure that you read carefully the task guidelines and if you do everything right they will give your points for sure.

I played one of their games thru Swagbucks (word crush) but it didn't credit automatically, so I asked support. At first, they said no, even with my screenshots as proof! But I asked again and then waited patiently for too long, maybe 3 weeks! But without my having to ask again, I got an email saying they approved it and it was paid. Which I appreciated.
