Item Hunters

Ordered $139 worth the merchandise on 12/15. Website does not indicate that items are shipped out of China. The tracking #'s don't show any activity until it reaches the USA. I watched my alerts diligently making plans to be home to accept the 3 packages and was alerted to delivery made when there was nothing on 1/12. Went to the post office 1/13 and learned the pkg's were sent back due to an incorrect address.
I looked back at my profile info on the website where I ordered and my address was correct. So makes me wonder if this was done on purpose to avoid actually sending the products. I have made 5 phone calls and never talked to a live person and left a message everytime never to have it responded to. I have now started a fraud case@ credit card company.

I ordered from these guys on 4 Dec. I never received the item. The USPS tracking still shows the item as in Pre-Shipment. No response from Item Hunters. Buyer beware of this web page. Seems to be a fraud.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered a product in November and never got it. I have called several times and left messages, sent numerous emails and nothing. Finally, I got one email that said they would issue a refund and I filed a dispute with my bank. They provided info to my bank and told them I received the item, and I did not get a refund. This is a fraudulent company, do NOT order from them.

I ordered the weather drops way before Christmas and was even emailed that they where shipped. They took the payment and I never received the product. I have called and emailed several times and I received one response, all it said was the item was shipped according to our records. Still have not received the order and had to put a fraud transaction investigation with my bank.

Ordered from them on Nov 2,2018. Received email saying my product had been delivered on November 27,2018 but I never received it. Multiple email communications with them but they refuse to resend my item and told me that I need to address it with the Post Office. Post office doesn't have it and now Item Hunters refuses to resend it or give me a refund! I would not recommend this company!

I ordered a weather glass on Black Friday (11/24). Plenty of time for Christmas don't you think? Well my son just received the item January 6th. I called over a dozen times and sent an email with no response. I paid by PayPal and I KNOW that that's the ONLY reason I received my item. I put a dispute in with PayPal and Irem Hunters waited until the very last minute to send my item. The item came directly from China and was not as described but my kid thought it was cool so that was the only savings grace.

Don't order from this company! I ordered something over a month ago and I haven't received it yet it's still sitting in China per the tracking number they gave me and no one will respond to me from this website not to phone calls, no one ever answers it just goes right to voicemail, not to my emails not to my Better Business Bureau complaint I can't even believe a company can survive like this it's probably a scam website! And this is the second time I've posted this on the website trying to get their attention and instead of commenting on it or messaging me about why I had such a bad review they just put me down as scam so I will keep writing this on their website until they listen

Ordered 70 dollars worth of products on November 30. Still havent received. Tracking shows its still sitting in China since December 8. Company will not contact me back.

Similar to other reviews, I purchased a weather device on Dec 4th for my nephew for Christmas. First, Never knew it was shipping from CHINA. Second, tracking stated delivery by Dec 9th USPS. I waited until Christmas eve, it never arrived. Their telephone number goes to vm. I emailed them re: the item on Dec 24th they responded on Jan 23rd informing me that The item arrived on Jan 9th! I emailed then yesterday stating that was not the response I wanted and I no longer need the item. The responded this morning with item was delivered Jan 9th with tracking number! No idea how this company is still in business. Have a dispute through my cc company. The return policy is refund if not damaged back to China apparently and I pay for shipping! If I send it back do I think I'll see my refund in 2018, DOUBTFUL!

I had same experience the other reviews had. Took forever to get shipments so I refused and they were sent back. Made phone calls and sent emails and only time I have gotten response is when my credit card company has been communicating with them trying to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Mr. Emanuel Fermin in the Bronx NY and Item Hunters doesn't want a review from me. What a terrible product and experience. They should be ashamed and I am being generous with my comments.

Its been 4 months. I have received nothing. They told me to check the tracking and it stops dec 22nd. I filed a complaint with USPS. Now I am going to file with my credit card

I ordered an item on December 7th. I have never rec'd the item. I have sent 3 emails and left 2 messages for them to call. Not a word. I am afraid I have be scammed.

Took my money its been 2 months still nothing... no tracking number no item received. Many email and phone calls. Nothing for them. I'm call the BBB.
