Having spent hours trying to make the online India visa system work for me I gave up. IVisa's online system worked first time and a valid visa came through in the 4 days promised. Although there is a modest additional cost for this service - it works and is hassle free!

System is quick and simple and approval very quick. What took a long time was getting photos which complied with the rules. Requiring incredibly small file sizes and a square image eventually led me to having to pay nearly as much as the visa cost to get them done professionally

The process was very easy and produced quick results. Fill out the form and within 12 hours you hear back if they need additional information. Once all of the required information is provided to them, Visa is issued.

I found the website and process to obtain a Visa quite simple. The website is user friendly and there are specific links to the region visiting to fully understand the requirements and restrictions.

Although the submission warned that it could take days to weeks to fully process and provide the electronic Visa, I actually received an answer within hours. That made the use seamless.

I appreciate the communication offering in text and email. I am thankful for the resources provided. And overall the cost is reasonable as designated by the destination named.

Experience was good but a little bit costly. Uploading photos by meeting the specifications was tricky and had to be repeated several times for each applicant (4)
I wear a headscarf (ears and full face showing) but had to remove it for my photo otherwise it wouldn't accept my picture even though it said headscarves were suitable for religious purposes

I have 3 names. My visa had 2. During check in I was alerted that I won't be allowed in Turkey without the 3rd name. I sent a WhatsApp message to ask for the additional details. It was efficiently handled within the check in time. Thank you so much iVisa.

It is good to count on you through my credit card. The card is accepted everywhere.

The application process was completely straightword, leading from one step to the next, all information required clearly defined and it was great to be able to save a partially completed application to get additional information. Processing took about 2 days and visa received. Great experience.

I was unable to navigate the governmental website to apply for a visa. No matter how many ways I tried to apply, I continued to get error messages. After 5 attempts I googled help with Australian Visa's. IVisa was the first recommendation and I can't be happier I selected them. I had my Visa in my hand in less than 24 hours!

OUTSTANDING service.

I applied for a visa for Vietnam. The process was quite simple and the instructions easy to follow. My only criticism is that the website asked for payment before we were finished the application. That was frustrating as I actually thought I paid but would not receive my visa. It wasn't until I received an email asking me to complete it that I realized there was more to it. Other than that, I received them in a timely fashion.

Compared to prior years where I had to mail my passport to a consulate I found it very userfriendly to apply for the visa online.

Pretty easy and fast. I hat a problem with the spelling of my last name when I received the visa and they changed it without charges after I told them about the misspelling. Highly recommendable.

As the information required was not orientated to different types of travel, e.g. boat bus and air I could not fill in form without the help of i visa

My sister arranged all my travel arrangements from New Zealand, including the transfers. However, the visa was omitted accidentally. Upon arriving to check in I was made aware that I needed a visa. Staff at the Manchester Airport 'passenger assist' were absolutely amazing. I could not thank them enough for their help in sorting out the visa issue. Thumbs up. Visa was awarded within half an hour.

No problems a slight delay in receiving one of the visa's. That was because the embassy took longer to reply.

Excellent and efficient service. You may need to improve the loading of photos for both passport and normal photo.

I haven't traveled yet, but the process was a little hard to understand, and kept me, wondering if I was going to be accepted and given the IVisa In time for my travels.
