It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin. He was courteous, attentive and very capable. Addressed my issue immediately and did not keep me hanging on the line. I highly recommend your customer service. Elliot G
This is one of those unethical businesses that is around. I was charged $166 for 6-months membership without my consent. I tried to get the membership cancelled by writing to them a number of times, and called them few times. I have not received a single reply nor acknowledgement from the company. These kinds of businesses should not exist. I have never seen a business that starts with $0.99 and then switches you to 6 month membership costing $166. Somebody should put these people out of business. The CEO went to Columbia university, and has history of legal shenanigans. I cannot fathom how a reputed school can admit somebody like this. Accountability starts from the top. An organization is the reflection of its founders/management. Update: I got my refund, but still is NOT right.

Ivy exec is a well managed support service for executives hunting new job opportunities.
Kevin was extremely helpful with my account and called me back immediately to personally assist my request. No better customer service.

Sometimes I get a feeling that the "job search" process changes on a daily base. Everything from writing your resume to interviews just keeps changing and I, and I'm sure that there are many people just like me, think that I can't keep up with it. Over the course of time, I have found an online service with "up to date" information and that's Ivyexec.com. Even though I was sceptic at first, thinking that they're not different from any other site of the kind, I found that their advice is really helpful. All being said, I recommend it to everyone looking for work or just trying to adapt to these constant changes.

Why anyone would pay for this service is beyond me... After signing up for the free month it became fairly obvious to me that 99% of the opportunities can be found on free sites or on the original Company Website, you just need to do some quick related searches to find them.
Of the jobs that were recommended to me, a large percentage were not in my related field, so they were just throwing more darts at the board, rather than focusing on good matches. Relevant jobs sent my way quickly ceased to exist, the allocated account manager was often OOO when I reached out to them, and failed to follow up upon their return, and even the All Access service failed to get me access to certain opportunities.
DO NOT sign up for this service... no matter how desperate you are to get a job...

DON'T DO IT!!!

I would like to recommend ivyexec.com to anyone who's looking for a job. You can use it for free or you can become a pro member of their community. I'm very happy with what they have to offer. Their blog is great because they talk about how to properly write a resume, how to make a cover letter and also how to dress up for an interview. There are some things we all know but there are also questions that your colleagues or friends and family can't answer. In my opinion, this is one of few sites which has most of dilemmas covered when it comes to looking for a job. Way to go!

Hello,
I am a Corporate Recruiter and realized quickly that the jobs I posted on indeed were being copied onto Ivy Exec's site. I have never talked to these people nor does anyone here have a 'relationship' with them. They will not get any candidate's in front of me faster. In fact, they won't get you in front me at all. You can apply for free through indeed.com. Ridiculous, unprofessional and a downright scam. They need to stop.

It's a scam.
Got the invitation from my school and registered. After checking the website decided that it was too expensive for what it does and although I cancelled the auto renewal, they still took my money ($250 btw). Tried to contact them but no answer so far.
My advice to anyone is to stay away!

Really good service. It's incredibly scary trying to find a job by yourself, even if you have good contacts. There's a level of fear that creeps into your daily life when you're attempting to get things back on track in that insidious vacuum. Ivy Exec was a great resource to me when I was out of work last year. The best thing they did was set me up with a mentor.
The only complaint? The price. It seems like a service that is most effective when you have a good job but are looking for a GREAT job.
Tip for consumers:
I would see if you can find a coupon code online somewhere. I found one when I initially signed up.

I generally agree with the other reviews. They have extremely poor service and the method of luring people in with "free trials" ends in their charging your credit card under shady circumstances. It takes forever for anyone to respond and they incorrectly charged my card which I am fighting. Their a- is getting reported to the Better Business Bureau. Really bad business model to piss off MBA's and the like.

Ah, Ivy Exec. My relationship with Ivy Exec can be described as love hate, but currently in the "love" state.
I first used Ivy Exec about 3 years ago, and was not a big fan. The job postings didn't really fit, and I felt pretty much ignored.
I came back a few months ago, and it was like a whole new service. Wow. High quality job postings, awesome support, and customer service people who got right back to me.

This review pertains to customer service.
I had trouble signing in so I found their phone number and just called them. A male customer service rep who I think was named Greg answered only after a few rings and walked me through the login process. He took the extra time to tell me about some features I didn't know about.
I am continuing to use the site as I progress with my job search, and will update this review as necessary.

I signed up for multiple niche job sites in the last few months. This is the only one that let me connect with mentors who are executives at companies I want to work for. After talking to 2 mentors I have some good advice on how to get ahead.

My situation was immediately understood without the agent repeating the obvious and asking a million repetitive questions (as during other customer service experiences). I got my refund and a new trial offer.
I'm very happy. Thanks IvyExec

We've been extremely pleased with the ROI we made working with Ivy Exec. Not only did they deliver on a fully customized marketing campaign for in record time, they also worked closely with us to monitor results and follow up on action items we took to increase our performance. The results exceeded expectations and proved to be one of our most effective marketing vehicles.

I made contact with Kevin M Ko, and he was helpful instructing me on how to best search Ivyexec's job offerings. He promptly returned my call and quickly chased down a position that I was interested in. The job was no longer available - but said he'd also would provide a link to another job as a courtesy, even though I haven't signed up as a client.

Kevin M Ko surprised me with his attention at Ivy Exec. It counts as some of the best attentions ever here in the US. Kudos to Ivy team not only for the service itself but also for the people who attends clients inquires. All the best! Highly recommended.

I've been pleased with the interactions and communications with Ivy Exec company. They are honest and over deliver on follow-up and making sure things happen. I'm very much searching forward to working with them in future.

A niche product for a niche group of people traditionally under served. It's nice to be able to get career advice and quality job offers that are actually on my level.
My last job search was tough, and Ivy Exec completely saved the day.

Nii provided excellent customer service and really articulated where the weaknesses were with regards to my CV. He provided clear solutions on how to improve it and avoid colloquial jargon that was a bit passe or even overused. He also provided stylistic advice in terms of how best to structure the CV in light of initial HR resume scans for keywords. His advice was brilliant and I look forward to seeing the traction it brings in terms of my career transition. Thanks Nii and Ivy Exec!

The way in which Kevin addressed my concern encouraged me to work with IvyExec in the future. Not enough companies see customer service request as opportunities and i am glad the IvyExec does. Thank you.

I had been receiving emails even though I unsubscribed. Kevin Ko was extremely helpful in taking care of my issue and even followed up with me later to make sure everything worked. I appreciated his efforts.

You will be calling the customer service number because their website isn't very good. Customer service rep is pleasant enough when they can answer the phone but I wonder exactly what they do. Their job board is dated at best or filled with fictional jobs, at worst. Of all of the job sites I have visited, easily the worst.

IvyExec gives off a bad vibe.
Recently, they have done some webinars, etc. that get high rankings.
Several times a year, they get complaints about charges that were not authorized on people's credit cards.
Also, a deep web search owner Elena Bajic has a bad reputation as a self-serving person and a workplace bully, despite her open professions towards having family, pets and general philanthropy.
On the Better Business Bureau, they have a current rating of "F" and are not allowed to register because they have too many infractions.
Something just does not seem right about them.

That didn't help me find the job, I want. I kept getting wrong jobs in the newsletter, so it's wasted money for me.
