Even when my complaint was escalated, and I had to re-send all my documentation, Customer Support did not address the problem. I think they figure that the unhappy customer will eventually give up and so they don't bother to try to fix your problem.
It's nearly impossible. If you call, you will hear a message that tells you how long the wait time is. In my experience it always says 3 minutes. Then after a few minutes, another message instructs you to leave a message and someone will call back. No one ever calls back.
If you send an email, prepare to wait days or possibly a week for a response. That is, if you get a reply at all.
