“Grow Business”

Kamil K.
6/6/24

I am glad that I came across this company because they helped to grow my business many times. They indeed know how to develop softwares and their team is really professional. They have great technical skills and they are really good at communication, I don't remember when I was having fun while communicating with professional guys, usually everything happens in a serious mood.

“Dont Use this site”

Paul B.
6/30/20

I joined join to hire as a freelancer on Upwork suggested she prefered this platform. I ended up not using her but created an account. I then forgot about it until today when $510 was taken out of my account. I'm not sure why this has happened but I have not had any reply from them yet. Dont use them, I'm going to get the money back but this is a SCAM website.

Martina is AMAZING! She took on a project that was completely disorganized, and mainly just vague ideas, and turned it into something that our clients just fall in love with when they see. This a true example of professionalism and expertise. She knows how to take vague concepts, which are really complicated, and turn them into a concrete and practical product. On the marketing side, she's also produced some real gems for our communications and powerpoint presentations.

I would strongly recommend working with JointoHire. Developers are super knowledgeable and engaged. Due to them, we had a new great site that help our business to grow. They have awesome service and responsive team. It was very easy to work with them: first of all, they have deep understanding of developing, and secondly, they listen to you and find the best solution for your problem.

Worked with a full stack freelancer for a week on a one pager website and all I can say is I am impressed! He made it happen in just 24 hours with very little instructions. Definitely would pick him for another job. Paid him 200$ fixed price for my Project.

I always thought that the risk of loosing the investments is too big when you hire a freelancer. However, a month ago I saw the safe payment system of this platform and I realized that if there is no risks, why not to try? And I was absolutely right! I paid for my project only after it was done and I was completely satisfied with the result. Great conditions, that's for sure!

What can be better than a quality project realization and a safe payment system together in one platform? This platform ensures quality and safety to clients. I have been working with this platform already for a year and I'm very satisfied with the results I get. Surely recommend it

During an important project with tight deliveries, JointoHire was able to provide a number of talented resources to us in very short order. The resources that we ultimately hired were not only technically skilled but dedicated, interactive team members, who quickly integrated with our existing team members (internal and partner consultants).
When staffing on the project changed, JointoHire accommodated our new plan without any hassle.
I would recommend JointoHire to anyone needing technical resources and will definitely use them again, myself.

JointoHire makes it pretty easy to have vetted, quality freelancers, who can plug into your work stream quickly. There is very low management overhead and allows us to flex our team up and down based on product and engineering needs.

My experience with this platform was quite amazing. I was using JTH for the first time and so I was a little bit worried. Anyways, I decided to trust this platform, relying on positive feedback. I will never regret this choice as I have discovered a new platform, which I can absolutely trust and rely on the certified specialists who guarantee the high quality realization of my project. For sure, I highly recommend this platform. Once you try it, it will become your favorite place for outsource.

Arannyk did an amazing job writing unique and SEO optimized content for us on a daily basis! His communication was top-notch, he met all deadlines, and his skills were reasonably strong. We really enjoyed working with Arannyk and will likely have additional jobs for him in the near future. He's a great guy and a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone who needs quality content (no matter the topic/niche) delivered on a schedule.

I am the person who needs to outsource quite often because of my business type. I have already tried various freelance platforms and I can surely tell you that this one is my favorite. I can explain even why. First of all, I liked the freelancers - their personal and professional skills. They are serious individuals who are ready to work with deadlines and show the quality you are looking for. The prices and the commission are so much better than at the other marketplaces. I can't also forget about their safe paying system which really prevents you from the money loosing risks. This platform is the most reliable one to my. I recommend it.

. Louie Miller, a freelancer on JoinToHire was a great asset for our company. I hired him 4 months ago and he worked $35/hour rate and developed an amazing e-commerce website. The price was quite reasonable and he did everything in a timely manner. Website was fully functioning and was very user friendly.
He also had very good communications skills, almost every time reachable and we could discuss every detail with him. I highly recommend him to other people, who want to have unique website. I will definitely work with him again in case of necessity.

Very happy to find freelancers via the www.jointohire.com, the support team is excellent. Once I hired a Web Designer there, and I was not happy with the result, and after I claimed a Dispute in my dashboard for the hours the Freelancer worked, they gave me back the money and then I could hire another specialist. Great!

Tip for consumers:
I definitely suggest using jointohire.com to hire good web designers and web developers.

Don't use join to hire they are stealing money. They charged my card 7 times for a total of 1200$ on a project that was supposed to be completed in 2 days for under 200$.
Don't use this site for your own good.

Don't join this. They keep taking money from credit card. No response to email or what ever. Even stopping contract and taking out credit card in payment system has no effect. Lost lots of money here.

My "Freelancer" after taking over $1000 stopped responding. I have appealed it multiple times and there only response is that he did log the hours in the console. It is irrelevant that he hasn't sent me any of it and is now ignoring my messages. As long as they log the hours they don't actually have to send you anything! If your freelancer decides to stop then Jointohire will back them 100%.

I had a very extremely bad experience.
I hired a freelancer for 250$ for the job.
When I approved the contract JointoHire made my payment a Fixed payment - so what happened is that instead of paying 250$ - they took me 500$.
And above all that - the freelancer (Conrad Joyner) disappear - did not answer my email or messages.
So now - I am trying to get my money back with no success.
No job! And 500$ are gone!

Jointohire would not allow me to stop payments to freelancer that was doing incorrect work.

Even after billing stopped and was able to prove issue in writing they refused to refund money. Freelancer is still active on platform and still will not respond to messages or calls.

I agree with the others who were scammed, my freelancer charged me for two weeks of work and I got nothing, I decided to stop it after the two weeks and filed a dispute with them and got this response "We reviewed your freelancer's Work Diary and determined that there are no hours which were not logged in accordance with the Hourly Payment Protection." So in effect as long as the freelancer logs the hours in to their system they get paid, even if they don't do any work. The money is charged on your credit card even if you don't approve it. If you have an honest freelancer you can have good results as I have on other sites like upwork, but on upwork I have to specifically approve the payments which gives you better protection. This freelancer encouraged me off of upwork where I had originally posted the job to Join For Hire. I do feel I was scammed, so watch out.

Typical story: hire on Upwork, then the "talent" asks you to come here. I did, because the guy seemed (duh) trustworthy.
I never saw his face, but he was full of stories (from London but currently in Vienna because of the pandemic, blah blah).

Long story short, no work done after 2 weeks, some family excuse, then 19 hours charged on my credit card (almost USD500) and a dispute that was never (never will?) get answered.
The dispute got taken offline (no more dispute page?), no one answers, typical.
Also, the reviews that say it's 5* are just from users with 1 review. Guess what?

My fault. But this site is a SCAM. Stay away like the plague!

I was lured away from Upwork by Emiliano Black, an app developer (no doubt one of the developers of join to hire).
As with all the other scam reports, he produced no work, and just kept drawing out the time, before I realised it was charging and recharging his hours.
A raised dispute was rejected in his favour with no communication, and no answer on multiple attempts to contact support'.
This is a fake site, do not get scammed by it.
These 5 star reviews are also scams. Guaranteed.
There is no app for join to hire. Surely there would be if it were real and reputable?
Stick to upwork or freelancer and keep your hard earned money in your pocket.
I wish I'd read these scam reviews before I got fooled out of almost $300
