I am flabbergasted at how many negative reviews are on here! Ive ordered twice, and twice i have been satisfied! The heels/Boots fit true to size and are well made. The material feels quality and i love their designs. Even the packaging is better than most popular online shoe retailers. I ordered on a thursday using the standard delivery option, and my boots arrived the next day! 5 stars from me.

I purchased it here a few times. The delivery was quite fast even I'm living in a faraway country. The quality was quite nice as well. I really like shopping here, because the men's department has quite a variety to choose from, especially for those with vibrant colors and fancy patterns. It's not easy to buy those in the big chain stores.

Do not shop here it's a complete scam. They sent me brand new shoes built incorrectly where you cannot wear the and then refused to return and help with $17 shipping cost to send them back to get fixed

So strange. I ordered two dresses from this site last year and my only negative was the long wait- a month. I have worn them more than once, they are good quality and everyone loves/compliments them on me.

I have made two purchases - which have both superseded my expectations, and of course, the prices are extremely reasonable. Based on those purchases, i would not hesitate to order from them in the future (currently I am experiencing financial difficulties). Much of the merchandise they offer for purchase would be difficult to locate or afford financially otherwise, and hence is another reason for my loyalty and gratitude. I give the company an overall 5 star rating on quality, range, and cost of merchandise as well as customer service, nominal insurance fee (guaranteeing a full refund or re-shipment), speedy delivery (averaging on 2 weeks from time of purchase for in-stock items), and reasonable shipping charges as well as many discount offers and coupons.

I'm a new shopper that went on brower for summer sandals and vacation clothes. Sizing was a little tricky for some pieces which resulted in me having a few things that needed to be returned or exchanged. The ticket process was very effective in getting those things taken care of... I received exchanges in a few weeks. My credit/refunds were processed in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent thanks~

I have ordered from joyshoetique a few times and the experience has been great every time. I have called them at least two times. Pricing is low for the quality you're getting, and with their array of different styles, you could possibly create your favorite shoes with here alone.

Very dissatisfied with this site. I ordered several items and not one resembled the advertised pictures. The quality is very poorly made. Customer service non existent. Very miss leading it's not a UK company it's straight out of China, when you need to send back goods they make it so difficult you give up. Not to mention so dodgy they offered me 20% discount or a $5 credit voucher to keep items. When I rejected this they said I had to declare what was in the postage to be under $10 when in actual fact I spent $160

I ordered two dresses. The quality was terrible. Looks like a project from amateur home ec. When I emailed for returning they offered 20% back. I politely declined and wanted a return label. A week later still no response after attempts of acquiring a return shipping label. I'm pretty sure I'm out the money I spent. I'll never shop here again. Do not take the chance.

I love both of the pieces I bought but when they arrived it was a big for me, contact customer service and they did were fast in responding and also gave me multiple options on how to make my experience better. I am extremely satisfy and for sure will be buying more from them in the future

I've ordered multiple times (and used my largest order as reference here). I've been satisfied each time. I've had a couple items that took a long time to ship, but customer service was quick to respond and even provided me with a coupon for my next order. On another order, a bodysuit went indefinitely out of stock, and I was immediately given the item amount in my wallet towards another item.
The bikinis are by far the greatest I've owned. They are flattering and comfortable, with accurate sizing.

Shoes are great quality especially for the price. Their Instagram is a wonderful tool for choosing new styles. I recently order a few pairs and had to return 2 of them as they were far too big, but I did order the same shoes again in a smaller size as They were beautiful. I have been staying in the USA and received and returned them from there. Shipping to USA was very fast. Returning them unfortunately was expensive and I encounter some issues with the parcel being accepted back, but they responded in a timely matter and the problem was eventually resolved. I will continue to shop with it as I love the styles even though I know returning them isn't cost effective. I just hope their shoes stay true to size so I don't have to! What I love about this store is the wide selection of hip products that they carry at good prices. They ship quickly and every time that I have had an issue, their customer support has been quick to fix the issue!

Looks exactly like the picture though they ran just a tad bit small. I'd definitely buys again just in a bigger size, This isn't my first time to buying on joyshoetique, and definitely not the last. Also, joyshoetique has great customer support, they are very efficient and they will help you to solve your problem in no time. I ordered M for a bit of a looser feel, not a fan of tight lines. I highly recommend!

I love their sandals totally! Shiny and in good-quality! I must say you will forget your foot if you wear them, size and color satisfy me and bring me a big surprise! Though the shipping takes some time but I can bear that. You should not miss it!
