They are scam full of junk and will never recommend such a trash to anyone.

It is a scum. Agents if and when you reach them can give you a straight answer. I have spent so much time money and energy trying to follow up then I can recount. How is this allowed to happen? The item a I ordered and paid for - mobile WiFi - was never delivered and I cannot get a refund. Main office # is non functional. Stay away.
