I read reviews on here but I still decided to purchase a small part for my Jura coffee machine because I did not have many options. I'm so happy with my purchase and the shipping time. The order shipped from PA within 10 hours of ordering and was delivered to NYC in 2 days (standard shipping option). I placed another order today for a few more parts and the order has already been shipped (maybe 4 hours after ordering). So far I'm pretty impressed with the service I've received!
Our family has used Jura-Parts.com for over 12 years at times the four espresso machines, that we all have. Every few years the Jura Machines require maintenance and Jura-Parts has been our reliable go to for speedy maintenance when the machines stop working. They've always come back right away as good as new at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. Our most recent repair was difficult because the parts necessary for the repair were no longer being made. Jura-Parts found a solution, using spare machines they had on hand and really raised the bar for great service. I highly recommend this company.

This "business" portrays themselves as an authorized Jura repair center, they are far from it and in fact have probably never successfully repaired a Jura machine, mine included. You will lose your deposit after they tell you your machine is beyond repair. I had them send it back, they kept most of my money. After I found the real repair center through Jura USA, my machine came back like new, in a week, for a total cost of $300.00. This business is a total sham and rip-off of the highest order! I have complained to all the appropriate authorities, these people should be in jail, rated one star only because no stars not an option.
This site doesn't ship until three weeks has passed. They don't respond to emails or phone messages. Their parts are overpriced, you can get them for less on eBay.
They don't seem to care that they have taken your money without sending you the parts.
I will never order parts from Jura Parts again.
Had a problem with a blocked nozzle on our machine, sent it to Jura Parts for repair and maintenance.
Has not worked since it was returned. After emails back and forth with my husband, we were done. He looked on line, paid $12 for a tool to access the nozzle and there was a large coffee ground (size of a dime) blocking it. He could tell that the nozzles had not been cleaned and the blockage had been there for some time.
If an owner of a Jura is good with repairs, there is an excellent online site where you can obtain any information about maintenance and repairs. After paying Jura Parts $375, we fixed it ourselves for $12. Have requested a refund so we will see how they respond.
This is the biggest piece of sh*t and Jura should be embarrassed to put their name on it. I can't believe the glass doesn't break in shipping it is so THIN! I have bought two and they have both broken after minimal use. I think they spend more on the packaging to get it to you without breaking then they do on the actual container. Seriously I have never seen anything made with glass this thin! Shameful to sell this to loyal customers and to offer no recourse. I never leave a bad review without giving the Co. A chance to make it right. I got sorry we have no warranty on our glass products... wise more since it's again a piece of Sh*t!

Sent in my machine a month ago to be work on never heard back from the company. Emailed them several times a day everyday till I decided to call the police to let them know I've been scammed out of my 4,000 machine. As soon as the police started investigating a miracle happened someone from Jura-parts finally emailed me back. Prices are way more expensive than the real Jura company. This company has stolen jura's Name and is using that to trick people into sending them business. Stay away from these people they have a really bad repair record as well!
Ordered a part for them with overnight shipping that took three days to arrive. Requested a refund of the shipping upcharge only and was essentially told to piss off and read the fine print of some tucked away company policy web page. Looks like they don't rely on repeat business.
Ordered the wrong part that was $100. Sent it back requesting the replacement in February. The email sent from Jura indicated it would be sent... Never sent. Emails never get responded too. Calls get returned days later saying all is well and it will be resolved 3 weeks trying and still no parts. Stay away from this company

Sent my machine in april cashed my check within a week and no communication at all
After numerous emails and a frustrating telephone system that always has a full voice mail box i drove to pennsylvania to the address in Malvern lo and behold the "owners" were there on a saturday morning and i was able to get a same make and model as the machine i sent along w a refund check. Is it my machine? No, mine was spotless and this was filthy and missing the water tank handle. There is a big time con game going on there they had so many machines on shelves... STAY AWAY
I started trying to get my Jura repaired in July 2017. They sent a label and I mailed the machine in August 2017. I didn't get the machine back until February of 2018. They blamed me for delaying their payment - but they were paid in October 2017.
The machine came back with the wrong tray (from another model). It never worked right. They told me they were going to send me the correct tray, but that never happened.
Now its June 2018 and the machine is having the original problem I sent it to them to repair. I've tried calling but there is NO WAY to speak to a person. I've sent online messages (which they claim to respond within an hour) and I get no response. Emails bounce back.
I want a refund for the original cost of repair and shipping but have absolutely no recourse given their complete lack of communication. At this point, I would label them a SCAM.
Ordered a thermoblock temp sensor, received wrong part. They will not allow part returns with out an e-mailed service ticket. I have sent multiple tickets and left multiple phone messages with customer service and parts department requesting they contact me, no response at all. The customer service phone message box is full, that tells you how much service they provide. Thats the last 50 dollars they steal from me.
I wrote a very bad review of these guys and I gave up getting the part. Someone told me the part could not be purchased separately so I gave up.
Several months later they contacted me and said I could now order the part. It was not available separately as I was told but they could order it from factory in Europe and would welcome my order.
So I tried it and the part arrived amazing fast. Color me impressed.
I would say that Jura Parts is in the middle of a turnaround and my compliments for hanging in there - your problems and issues looked pretty serious but you fixed it on a very hard to get part.

They're really the only real game in town when it comes to Jura Parts. Any other source for Jura parts like Amazon or Jura themselves just don't have the range of parts.
But beware, they aren't connected to Jura in any way.
I ordered a S9 water tank filter bracket on May 8th and on May 9th got an email that said the part was shipped but in checking with USPS, the label had been created but the part had not actually be shipped. On May 13 they billed my credit card and got paid.
So I started calling shortly after the May 13th date. No response. I emailed on their website and to a response with a case number. But still nobody followed up. Then I increased my calls and emails until finally I got a call from a nice man, Charles, who said he'd look into it.
Two week later we still didn't have a resolution and I had taken to calling Charles and he would call me back but just couldn't do follow-up calls. Funny thing - he seems to be on the west coast and not located in PA where they seem to be.
Finally he determined that the part was on back order and wouldn't be coming for another month or more. So I cancelled the order and I'm waiting now to see if the email I got actually created a credit or like the shipping notice, it just sent a bogus promise to refund my money?
I would recommend you not order because I really don't think they will give you notice when they close their doors. This is the kind of harassed, beleaguered, beaten down, poorly managed outfit that would take your money and close without a goodbye. For all the good people at jura-parts.com, so sorry for the criticism - I know how it is to try hard and do a good job only to be dragged down by a poorly managed company.
The website gives the impression that this is a legitimate business and is knowledgeable about Jura machines. The problem is, once you send in your machine, you have no idea who received it, who worked on it and what they did to it. The phone number you call is never answered and when they return your call, they have no information to provide. They say they will check. Then you get an non-informative email. In my case, I sent my machine in with a specific fault code. Never was told what they found or what repair was made despite several calls and messages. I get the machine back and it still has the same fault code and will not function. It looked like it had not been touched. I left several messages and they will not return the call. DO NOT USE THEM!
I had ordered a part for my Jura S8, the part I received did not fit my machine. I called them and they said that I should fit, but it didn't. They said just send it back. I spent money on sending them the part back, one week after they received it they sent it right back to me. They don't answer or return my calls. Now not only am I out the original cost, but I'm out the cost of sending it back. I should have read these reviews first. If I could rate them zero stars, I would, Terrible service
Sent my machine in at the end of February. Received an oddball email in April saying the machine was going to be shipped in March? Found this site and worried I wouldn't get my machine back at all. However, I did get the machine back mid April. I haven't had time to turn it on and see how it works but I will amend this review when I do in the next week or two.
This could really be the worst business ever. I ordered a part from them and then they ship the wrong one to me. I contact them to return and they don't respond for over a week. Several emails and calls into them. I then write a review to state the have bad customer response and then they belittle me in a response. Really question if they know that the customer keeps them in business and yet they belittle the customer on a Facebook post. Wow. Avoid this company - trust me. You can see from the prior review these guys are not worth spending your money on. As a follow up - they still haven't refunded me my monies even though I shipped the wrong part back to them. It's not about the money - they can keep it. It's about treating customers with respect which they certainly don't do. You can see their response on their own FB page. I filled out the online form for the refurbishment of my Jura J6. I shipped it to them when they requested. They repaired the machine and shipped it to the wrong address.
After several weeks I finally had someone's attention when I threatened to reserve the credit card charge for the repair.The unit arrived but had Error code 6. I was able to get a west coast representative on the phone and he said the east coast agent would call this morning around 8 AM. Guess what? No call.
There appears to be no end to this and I may have to reverse the credit card charge and send it somewhere else for repair.
Jura-Parts produces demon spawns. They found out Greg (Head Tech) was "We The People" and fired him. Then Jura-Parts found out that I am and support "We The People" 100%. Because of this Jura-Parts cancelled my account and will not sell Jura parts to me anymore. Let's Go Brandon!

The Espresso *******@JuraParts company out of Pennsylvania claims they can replace and repair parts for your Jura Espresso machine within two weeks. We sent out machine in to simply have a part replaced after receiving an Error 8 message on our Jura.
After five weeks, the company finally returned our machine and it wasn't working properly (water was leaking onto the counter and excess water was going into our coffee and the grounds tray). When the company finally responded to our complaints, we shipped the machine back and it took another two months for them to 'replicate the problem'.
When the machine finally arrived for a second time, we were so excited to have our machine back again... yet again, the machine wasn't working. Water was leaking out all over the counter and the machine wasn't making any coffee. When we contacted the company and asked for a partial refund of the $400+ we paid for repairs, they said 'no' and asked us to return the machine AGAIN for a third time.
We finally send the machine back to the manufacturer - Jura. Jura sent us a UPS label, repaired the machine in one day and returned it to us in under a week. The Jura Espresso machines are expensive and worth the price you pay, but please, if you need repairs, contact the 800 service number on your machine first.

Be patient as they are a small disabled veteran owned small business with a small nimble team that is busy repairing Jura coffee machines. I know full well what you will read on-line, but after speaking with one of their managers I have a better understanding of their day to day operations and the challenges they work to overcome to offer this service. The manager was understanding to my experience and seemed legitimately interested in my suggestions to enhance customer engagement/satisfaction.
I decided to utilize Jura-Parts and Repair Services because I am a disabled Veteran from Pennsylvania and yours is a Veteran owned small business in Pennsylvania. This coffee machine was a retirement gift from my Soldiers and family for 23 years of service. After waiting some time I was provided a FedEx shipping label. I followed all shipping instructions and sent the machine via FedEx on or about 2 May. FedEx tracking shows it was delivered (5 May) and my check for $450 that was in the box the machine was in was cashed on 12 May (Navy Federal Credit Union). I was not notified that my machine arrived nor have I received any updates on the repair. I have put in some 6 or more "tickets" that no one has responded to and I have called numerous times only to hear that the mailbox is full (I cannot leave a message). I am pretty sure I am out the $450 and I will not see my machine again. I am saddened and ashamed that a Veteran would conduct themselves and their business in this manner.
