Apart from all that they do sell nice products and are efficient in posting items - just please read the small print

I send an email I didn't received nothing back. I'm also afraid to call them cause I don't know how much money is costing per minute.

You don't deserve even a 1 star. I received the wrong size of shoes, I ordered size 8 not size 10. Worst experience, I just ordered once, but they have been charging me for 3 months without my knowledge, without ordering their product. The authorities should check this style of marketing to protect the consumer.
Similar to everyone else. Single purchase... which was sub standard quality... then realised they were debiting my account for £35 a month. At the moment they are refusing to refund. Do NOT USB this firm
Avoid these scammers! My wife thought she was making a single purchase but found she'd been subscribed to a £35 per month service! The shoes are so bad they're not even worth £1 let alone £35! JustFab make it as difficult as possible to cancel or return anything. They make you call a premium 0844 number which is actually illegal under the information cancellation and additional charges regulations 2013.
I ordered four days ago paying for an express 2-3 day delivery turns out coming from Germany and due at some point next. Have emailed and phoned and no further forward. Total joke. Would not recommend. My parcel will be refused at the door. Will never order from this company again.
Didn't think companies like this still existed. Sly and deceitful, were not upfront at all about after first order charging you £35 per month for VIP membership, not something I would sign up to EVER with any company! Hoping to get my money back today after speaking with the ombudsman. Do not use this company, can't believe how many other people have had this happen to them, should be ashamed!
I purchased a pair of boots costing £14.00. I signed up for VIP & it was not clear that they would charge me £35.00 per month for nothing. I am appalled at the conduct of this company. The products are sub standard & over priced. This is an absolute scam so be warned and don't get caught out.
I bought an emergency pair of party shoes and they signed me up for some VIP service which then deducted money 35 quid. It was not made clear about the automatic signing of this membership, nor the scam scheme of monthly deductions. The only option to cancel is by phone or live chat. I am abroad now so cannot call them and their live chat doesn't work, it says they are closed, even though their website says they are open during working hours.
Great offer for a pair of boots for 15 quid. Really poor quality and would have cost 54 quid. Was a hassle to organise their return but got it refunded. Then I get an email and they took £35 from my PayPal account. It seems I became a VIP member without any clarity about getting charged on a regular basis. The quality is poor and am shocked at how they do business. I have called and requested a refund today. Let's see if I am refunded this week as they said.
Don't do it! Do not buy those shoes, step away from the computer! It is simply not worth the hassle. The cancellation process is far from fabulous. I have never had to repeatedly request that a subscription be cancelled SO MANY TIMES. Their phone call scripts are ridiculous and the call operators obviously have to speak through the whole shebang before they can cancel your account. Not fun. In the end i was laughing as I was saying 'I just want to cancel my membership', It became ridiculous. Thats fine mam, I will cancel your subscription. But wait! Would you like to take a look at our fabulous offers...' etc etc

I am sorry I cant give 0 stars. Goods are not good quality at all. When I made my first order all of the sudden came that I signed some membership agreement, which allows them to take £35 from my bank account every month. I only notice this as Pay Pal send me an email that i paid £35. I emailed Justfab and PayPal at the same time. PayPal react immediately and gave me my money back. Still dont have any respond from JustFab.

Do not purchase from this company, you are automatically signed up as a VIP member and kept on the phone when calling to cancel (as you cannot do this online). When they finally agree to cancel, you are still greeted as a VIP member via their email and live chat, despite correcting them multiple times leaving little confidence that they won't try to take the £35 at the end of each month! Staff are incredibly rude and dismissive and end live chats abruptly even if you're typing a response. No interest in advising me on an eta for my order as the tracking link is unrecognised - just useless irrelevant auto responses sent when questioned. Total waste of money and time.
Just waned to use my discount and buy some boots. Thoroughly enjoying the boots and then BAM an email from PayPal and 'just fab' to say that's £35 in your credit thanks very much!

This company are a complete rip off. Just spent twenty minutes on the phone to someone who just kept repeating the same thing over and over. I have asked for my full money to be refunded which I was told NO! Seriously! I understood the terms and conditions when I bought something from them but they have taken two payments of £35 within days of each other and said they can only refund 1! This must be illegal that they can keep your money when you clearly ask for it to be refunded. I am not impressed at all, and now need o spend £35 with them or I will lose it altogether. I will be contacting my bank to ensure that no future payments come off my card. Just a shame that I need to purchase another shoddy pair of footwear for £35 which I could pay around £15 to £20 on the high street for. I would suggest that you avoid this company at all costs!
Literally one of the worst companies in the world! I (as per most people) ordered their introductory shoes and then somehow was enrolled to pay £35 per month, tried to call and was left hanging on for ages. They took this from me for five months whilst i tried to cancel. In the end I managed to get a refund but only through threats of going higher and reporting it. Do not know how they manage to stay afloat! Con artists.
Just noticed this company has been taking payments from me since Nov. I've sent a message and they have 5 days to refund me before I take them to small claims. This is disgusting and think you can be so deceitful is not acceptable.
I am unclear how a company can morally, ethical and legally allow a 10 year old girl to sign up to an account that takes £35 a month from them. There was no attempt to verify my daughters age when she signed up to the website, or selected the "VIP" membership when she made a purchase. Reading other reviews, she may not have even known she had selected the membership.
After a 20 minute wait on their customer service line I have cancelled her account. The customer service agent informed me that they are unable to verify age, as this was an online service. I am sure there are plenty of online services that do verify age!
My daughter has her first card to teach her how to manage money, I hope this is a valuable lesson to her when it comes to sale items that seem too good to be true. Always check the small print.
Been charged £35 for not ordering anything. When I called customer service lady pretended like she don't have any idea what I am talking about. Haven't had my money returned even when cancelled my account. Absolutely fuming. Don't order!
The boots I received were extremely uncomfortable and left bruising on the back of my legs due to the false zip in the back having no give. I was unable to make contact using the live chat or phone number so turned to the Facebook page for help via private message. I received scripted responses and they ignored my request for an email address and the fact the boots had caused bruising. There was no offer to pass on the information to the correct department and simply kept repeating I needed to call in. The social media team also delete negative messages from their facebook rather than acknowledging or replying and have blocked me from further comments. They make it very hard to cancel membership.
JustFab was alright at the beginning because the stuff was quite unique. Now it's a load of crap - everything is £35 and it's hardly worth £10. Takes 3 to 4 weeks for a return and standard delivery is like 2 weeks. And if you forget to skip a month and have a £35 automatically deducted, you can't use your "credit" aka your money, on any sale items or promotions. They are criminals, steer clear, their quality is not worth it.
I just want to say that I ordered 2 pair of shoes checked out as a member and became a VIP. I panicked as I did not want to pay £35 each month and instantly emailed. I called them when they opened and they were brilliant, they cancelled my membership and also did not affect my order I already placed. So if anyone has any problems all you need to do is call them and they are happy to cancel they then send you an email confirming your no longer a VIP member.

I want to close my membership, I did not know before ordering goods that I would be billed money every month unless I let them know I don't want the goods. I am finding it very hard to do this as the chat line states it is closed and the number is not clear and you can not cancel your membership via email. Think very carefully before committing your self to these monthly payments.
As I said I ordered boots then saw the massive terms piece at the bottom of the order and panicked. I emailed the support email and asked to cancel my order, the contract and my membership. Rang them first thing in the morning and my money had been returned and everything cancelled. So it is possible to get out of it if you act quickly.
Hello, another victim of the below membership charging issue, and was shocked when I saw 6 months of £35 fees from my bank account without my realising. I didn't get anywhere speaking to them on the phone to arrange a refund, and was told I couldn't be put through to management to complain. I then also emailed them at *******@justfab.co.uk and put a case through via Resolver - quoting that "The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 give me rights to redress: the right to unwind the contract and the right to damages. And I will be following this due process to seek a refund."
They then emailed me back very quickly to confirm a full refund, and were much more responsive and helpful via the support email address.
So, in conclusion, persevere trying to get a refund if you're not getting anywhere!
