They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more.
I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

Ordered $125 flowers, no flowers, wont answer the phone.

I even took my complaint to the BBB and they still refuse to refund money for flowers delivered the following day when it was guaranteed on Valentines day and I also received the wrong flowers! This place does just take your money and run! Absolutely HORRIBLE. You either don't receive your flowers or get what you didn't order and they charge you up the you know what for them!

I'm so sad... I had the worst experience with this company. They are a scam!
I placed 4 orders (my mom, sister, sister-in-law and best friend) for flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day, none of which was delivered. I spent over $500 with my order. I have emailed and called dozens of times and no answer or reply.
I am so sad by this, and angry!
There is not a live person when u call, you go in circles until the call automatically ends.

How do they have positive reviews?! Those reviews are robots and fake

Flowers were never delivered. Sent them emails -- told them they were not received and still never were delivered as of 4 days later.

Ordered 160, took money no delivery and total run around no emails
No calls
ONLY AUTOMATED GOOD LUCK IF THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY
