I tried contacting them to cancel my order the day I placed my order. Nobody answered my call or replied my email. Once it got delivered, they contacted me saying they cannot give me full refund, instead they offered me store credit which I didn't want.

In love with it had ordered a dress for my girlfriend to be honest was skeptical weather the size and product quality would be good but after receiving the product i was shocked quality and size was perfect and she loved it

Shabby product. Delayed Delivery. Delayed customer service. Over priced. Products arent as shown in pictures. Refusal to exchange or take returns even when products are shabby. Have a 7 days return policy even though products taken 8 days to get shipped

I ordered a kurta set and they sent the wrong size pants, instead of an adult size they sent a kids. I contacted them via chat, phone and email and they refused to refund or send the correct product. I would never buy from them again or recommend anyone to buy from this company. Worst customer service!

I have made a purchase on December 8th 2020. I have not received the order yet. I have contacted customer service on 14 th of Dec 2020. They could not get my order delivered. I asked them for my refund. I have not been refunded till today. Please do not waste your time on this website especially when you are staying abroad. Waste of time and your money.

I needed a matching blouse for a saree I had so I bought this on KarmaPlace.com, and its just perfect! Exactly what I expected and the quality of the material is awesome. I can use it with a saree or lehenga.

I was looking for traditional Indian clothes for my brother wedding. I search for men kurta and at Karmaplace i got lots of varieties in Indian man dresses. I order 4 dresses and they are very user friendly. I called them directly and requested them for some changes in colour and i am really thankful they did as per my wants. I will purchase again. I have ordered 2 lehengas and 2 salwar suits for my sister's wedding in the USA. I've added one customization note with the order for lehengas and they did it very perfectly. I'm very happy with the purchase. They did the delivery on time as well. I will always recommend Karmaplace for Indian Ethnic Wear in the USA.

I ordered 4 outfits & shipment came on time even though Covid is everywhere. All outfits fits nicely& nice quality material! I am pleased with this website!

Customer service was responsive and responsible when it came to a quality issue they alerted me about on a shipment. The website, however, kept showing the old order which was misleading.

I have to say that I absolutely love the piece of jewelry that I ordered from Karmaplace. It is a gold mangalsutra that exceeded my expectations. The fact that it is such beautiful craftsmanship for only 12.00 is so amazing. I wanted to buy this first to see how the shipping would go. I did this because even on Amazon I have not recieved some packages so it was a test. It took a bit of time to get here but that is just because of Covid I can't blame them for that. Next time I will try to be more patient now that I know that what I get for my money is remarkable and the customer service was awesome. I love this piece so much. It looks like it was made for me. I will definitely buy my wedding set from them. Ty all from Karmaplace and ty to the craftsman for a piece that I will treasure for years :)

I ordered a size 40 they sent a size 38 and then they refused to return the item. They stated it was out of their return policy even though they were the ones at fault. I'm now out $65.

Ordered about 4 kurtas for a Diwali event on October 12th. As of October 25th, NONE of these have even SHIPPED, when it said the estimated DELIVERY date was October 20-25 at the time I ordered it. I have tried calling their line several times, yet every time no one picks up. Also tried emailing them 11 days ago, no response on that end either.

The quality is up to the mark and the customer support was very approachable. They share the images of the product on email before hand so we know what to expect on delivery.

Owes me RM278/-, not honouring an email sent to me for a wrong item, promised in an email to refund my dhl charges, despite showing bill, customer service will contact me but no one contacted me - l really hope you can help

Karmaplace sent me Wrong size l have sent it back, this has been going on for last 8months
They agreed that wrong size sent and agreed to pay me back my money for item and dhl charges, l have email Proof but now suddenly stop corresponding

The items arrived within 15 days. True to size and great quality. Reasonably priced kurtis compared to other websites. Love the kurtis and would order again from the website.

My brother is a hard working man who risks his life and limbs in a factory. He was excited to buy nice clothes to worship God at our temple & I recommended this site because of their men's clothing and it's modesty...

The clothing was UNREALISTIC in measurements. We selected the right sizes but one of the pants was probably more than 4ft long and was extremely skinny. A man would have to be 8ft tall and 125lbs in these pants, it was laughable. The tunic tops were okay and the other pant didn't fit him either but looked normal-ish. I contacted this company for a REFUND but they wanted my brother to pay $9.00 to ship back even though THEIR product was POOR QUALITY. How is that even fair? I sent pictures and all information including product # so they knew it was legitimate. Then on top of that, ALL clothing had to be in original packages with all labels and unworn. Smh.

In other words, my brother lost $80+ from KARMAPLACE. We are never ordering from this place again.
