I learnt the hard way so save your safe the time and stress and go elsewhere.
I think it is a legit company. However it is NOT an Australian company and I don't believe that they understand our laws.
* I feel that they use sales methods, and behaviours that are not compliant with our laws.
* Having been sucked into Kogan First by accident (I accidently clicked on something I didn't understand, or didn't see), I got automatically billed for Kogan First without knowing. Money was automatically taken from my account, and I had to argue and fight with customer service. After I threatened them with going to the ACCC and Fair Trading (I will be referring this matter to them tomorrow), they then refunded me as a "goodwill gesture". Personally I think they are just afraid of being fined for illegal practices.
* Be careful with this company. After years of purchases, they have lost my trust.
It's legit in that it sells things and that technically they arrive sometimes - good luck getting an item within 2-3 weeks though and heaven forbid you need a return or refund, better to just burn your money and beat your head against a wall for 12 hours.
